This has made my local news. This sentencing really bothers me and the defense attorney’s comments infuriate me. We have had some household discussions about this. I know we haven’t read all the evidence but I’m surprised the jurors suggests this sentence. I’m all twisted about this. Hopefully this is the right spot. Her call button being disconnected is a problem but it’s lots of he said/she said. As someone who has been hospitalized a couple of times and administered heavy meds this is terrifying.

I cannot believe the attorney said that about the rape victim. So she has breast implants, and that makes it OK for this jerk to 'lose his mind.' ?
