- Police said Ms. Diggs, who is diagnosed with cognitive impairment, was last seen at the 100 block of Seymour Avenue at 11:30 p.m.

- She was wearing a brown tank top, gray shorts, and has an Afro hairstyle.

- She is 5’6” tall and 110 pounds. She has brown hair and brown eyes.
