Per the MSM report she was last seen at Polo Park Mall in Winnipeg on 20 October, 2023. There are no details about who saw her there, or whether she was lone or with other persons at this time. Was her vehicle located in the parking area for that mall, or did she perhaps get a ride there from someone else? Any cell phone information?

Without knowing any details regarding this statement, at face value it appears Shelby was last seen on 20 October, but wasn't reported as missing until 17 November, nearly a month later. Wondering why the delay?

Several questions come to mind, including:

- Was Shelby planning a trip to that mall, and were her family members and/of friends aware of her plans?
- Did Shelby plan on meeting anyone there?
- Was Shelby seen by a friend or family member at the mall, or was she spotted there via security video?
- Does Shelby have a history of dropping out of sight for extended periods of time?
