Sheri Coleman, sons Garett and Gavin murdered 5-5-09, Columbia, IL. Pt1

Here's another T Lintz photo I looked at yesterday. I dismissed it at the time because it was often posted that Sheri had been in another branch of the Armed Forces but just now I recall they met at Lackland AFB.

In the past day or so or even in the obit, it said she had been in the Air Force.

Is this the same Tara .. stationed at Ellis AFB .. haven't found a date yet for the photos (download the large image)

I said "bummed" because a 2nd road gives the perp another exit. Wouldn't you want the exits limited? This could mean more witnesses, and the possibility the perp could be captured earlier.

Yes, I agree, we are here to create all scenarios until the facts come in. That's what we do here (and I've made no secret as to my current feelings).

I'm sure this case will have a ton of twists and turns, and we'll be following it all the way.

Like I said before, if it's not CC, I'll be the first to step up to the plate. But right now (IMHO) all signs are pointing his way. I can't apologize for how I feel, and you certainly have the right to disagree with me.

That first day, IIRC, CC's "boss" said she was there for the neighbors. I thought that was odd, but I thought she was attempting to distance herself from CC even then. That was just my take on it...

If she is a wise woman she could have just been covering all her bases. She is probably well aware of what happens when this kind of stuff is connected to churches like hers.

Hmmm...such a turn of events in my absence the past few hours. I guess it has been confirmed he was seeing the person we were discussing earlier and she is a stripper. Wow. How does that figure into the "ministry" biz?

I imagine that he told Sheri he was leaving her (after spending the weekend with TL?) and Sheri flipped out. By all accounts she was a feisty, independent woman and it's logical to think that she would throw his religious hypocrisy in his face and threaten to expose him to the world.

As for the threatening letters - well it makes perfect sense that someone within the organization knew what was going on and was threatening to tell his wife.

The big questions are whether the murders were premeditated and, if so, committed single-handedly (hideous) or if he had an accomplice (someone who was filmed strangling a deer?) and whether or not JM knew about the affair.

I'm not really sure how his affair with the stripper relates to the ministry.

I think that he told people that the threats they received were connected to the ministry because it may have been the only thing he could think of.

That would be interesting. The message on the wall also reminded me of the message that Charlie Manson's gang wrote on the wall at one of their murders to try and divert the authorities.
