How could anyone look at those beautiful faces and murder them? To strangle them means someone was looking right at them. I cannot understand that kind of depravity or evil in any human. :(

To think it was possibly someone they loved, trusted, and believed would never harm them in any way could take their lives without a thought is unconscionable. :furious:

And scary to think about the next time you sit down and look around at Thanksgiving dinner.

I know. To me the strangling indicates that CC has a lot of anger in him that goes waaaaay beyond anything about the family. There's also the possibility that it was a roid rage, but after reading up on Chris Benoit I really don't think that had anything to do with this. I think he planned this.

The Elder Coleman will spin it by saying CC was called to the Prison Ministry. Much of the congregation there would buy it. Grace is more like a cult following than a church. Such is my guess anyhow.

as I said I am catching up with the thread from 5pm on Monday.

To clarify: (autos that left the Columbia Home)

The Coleman family went to Columbia IL on Monday with 2 autos. One was a silver jeep SUV with a enclosed trailer attached to it. The other car (don't know the make) was Chris' dad's car.
The media reported that Chris got in his dad's car and that 2 autos left the home with one pulling a trailer. (So this told me that the only autos that left the Columbia IL home was the 2 that came up from Chester IL - Chris' dad's car and the silver jeep pulling the trailer - which I believe belongs to Brad Coleman) - The media showed the garage door closing on the Columbia house and there was still a silver car parked in the garage. The camera showed the silver jeep Suv pulling the trailer leaving the home. I would also assume that Chris' personal auto is still parked in the street in Columbia.

Nope, we can't find out without running the personal information of the owners through the system and my friend doesn't want to do that with the nature of this case. He did give me an earload of rumors that he heard, but since they are rumors I don't want them here... maybe the PL?

I'm joined WS for the Caylee case (was in Orlando when it all went down), and haven't been a very active posted so don't know all the rules... just know rumors are a no-no.

I don't think that he was going to leave her either. Because Sheri knew "the other woman" its possible that someone else tipped her off. CC could have ended it with Tara and Tara told Sheri, especially if she felt that CC had led her to believe that it was more than an affair. I can't even imagine how betrayed Sheri would have felt knowing that her husband was having an affair with one of her friends.
I know how she would have felt. Betrayed by both of them, angry, hurt, and like her world caved in around her. When a husband cheats with a best friend, there is little to believe in for awhile. The things a woman used to believe in with all of her heart are suddenly gone.

No. I haven't seen that one before.

When we were doing some research on her earlier, I ran across Matt L's facebook page. They have many of the same friends. (Not sure if this is Tara's brother or exhubby)

Don't know if it is brother or ex-husband.

There is a Michael-48-Male-Tampa, Florida on MySpace and Tara L. Is one of his friends. Her friend pic is rather small, but there is pic of she and some guy at a table with a small cake. Looks like a birthday pic. As for some of this guys other friends -:eek:!

Looking at everything I'd think that LE has enough to arrest CC. He would be arrested and tried with all this evidence, right?

I have another question too. When a case like this receives national attention do you think the attention has any affect sentencing? I don't know if my question makes sense, but it would seem that they would come down harsher on the criminal.

I was scrolling thru the comments & left the browser open on the "bombshell" article when I checked back here & read that the comments had been removed. I was able to click backwards to copy & save those pages. If anyone wants to see that, message me & I'll get it to you in the morning..... right now i need some beauty rest..... hoping an arrest is coming soon.

There were several people helping him pack things into the trailer. I believe I read where they took both of Chris' vehicles back to Chester with them (the interview from his friend's father).

I guess they could start a support group with Melissa Huckaby's family...

I am play catch up now (from about 5pm on Monday) - I went to sleep to get some much needed rest. So someone may have answered your question.

Yes this is true - it was reported by FOX news on Monday when they talked about Coleman's family clearing out the house.

It went something like this during the newscast...

We are here at the Coleman house - There are 2 auto here - one parked on the street registered to Chris Coleman and one parked in the garage also registered to Chris Coleman... (Then went into how Coleman and his family showed up at the house and that Coleman's family started removing things from the house. Chris' clothing, some books, etc)

Glad you got some rest - I need to try to. I suspect we will have a busy day tomorrow.

I don't find it affects the trial or sentencing when there is national attention. Defense lawyers will say differently, but in every location there are people who do not watch the news or keep up with local buzz. As for coming down harsher because of the attention garnered, I think the facts speak for themselves in such cases. This was a particularly heinous crime and when the facts are presented to a jury, they should have no problem handing down the right sentence.

They already have the bodies, a crime scene, and some preliminary evidence. They have to conduct interviews, follow up leads, wait on forensic testing final results, and put together many other pieces to build a solid case. When they make an arrest the "clock starts" in the judicial system. They are in no hurry and will keep their unnamed POI in sight.

Thanks SS. I guess I'm just looking for assurance that if he is as guilty as he looks at this point that he will get what is coming to him.

Sometime its hard to have faith in the judicial process, especially after seeing Drew Peterson get away with his crimes for so long. He eventually was arrested, but it was really hard to watch when it looked like he was getting away with it. I'm really hoping that he will be charged with Stacy's murder as well.

I have a feeling they are gonna start letting more info out.

Just wait.. the earful I got this afternoon is just the tip of the iceberg. IMO it's all rumor at this point but it all makes SO much sense.

I would think that LE is taking time to cross every T and dot every i. CC was well known in the small community and also somewhat in law enforcement himself. Remember he was a Marine MP and employed as a body guard for Joyce Meyers. Not to mention that he has a TOP GUN MURDER ATTY in the StL area. It is true that you often get as much justice as you can afford to pay for. I would imagine that LE at first gave a little benefit if the doubt. Now they want all evidence that can be gained before beginning legal manuvers with his attorney.

Also, LE probably does not see CC as a flight risk that they can not control. If they were concerned about him running I think they might go ahead and pick him up. Besides in the meantime, perhaps CC will do something really stupid and give LE another edge.

NEWS THIS MORNING...

MCS are outside the Coleman home in Chester IL. There are several MCS detectives sitting in cars surrounding the parents home where Chris is staying and they are at every street entering the small subdivision. They are not there to protect the family they are keeping close tabs on Chris. (I think they are there to make him sweat and to make sure he does not run and they are probably waiting for orders to go in and arrest him)

Also the MCS is very confident that they will solve this case.

The may be a video of it on Fox KTVI St. Louis - They showed a video of the MCS cars sitting around the house. You know damn well MCS asked them to come down to Chester and video tape the cars and for them to report on it.

I was surprised that Fox even gave out the street name the parents live on.
