Nancy talking with Sheri's cousin, Enrico, again. It's the first he's heard of the TOD being narrowed to 3-5am, but says clearly CC wasn't telling the truth if this is the correct TOD. He's also talking about how SC & CC met and so forth. CC was a member of the USMC MP. He hasn't personally spoken to CC since the murders. For 2 days the family tried to reach CC and finally he called back and talked to Mario (brother) once. No one's heard from him since.

Nancy is commenting on the timing of CC shaving his head as it relates to the prosecution of this case ~ maybe to deliberately alter his appearance.

Reporter saying CC hasn't had any visitors yet. Everyone in jail is treated alike, no lockdown, no suicide watch. Community recreation room available to inmates, with tv.

More information about the spray paint. Multiple messages left in the house, one said "I told you so" (paraphrased) written "helter skelter". One message going upstairs, another in living room. Spray painting took time.

Holly Hughes is saying premeditation in buying paint, gloves ahead of time.

Is your friend sure? I don't think Ron Coleman has been in prison - I'm almost 100% he hasn't but I will find out ASAP.

supposedly it is well known around town and members of the church even know about it.
the person who told me is older (probably the same age or older than coleman's father)

It might have been a little more believable if he had left for the gym earlier or stayed longer. No way would the stranger perp he was trying to blame for the murders stay inside the house that long at that hour of the day unless they knew for sure nobody would come in and catch him. Hair-brained alibi for sure!!! :crazy:

Ron was a coal miner - he hated it - that I do know as fact. He had always been religious - Methodist IIRC - was a good kid - had a great family, parents AND siblings. I don't remember when he became minister of Grace - maybe sometime around 1985 or so??? I don't think it was called Grace Ministries at that time - not sure. I'm contacting sources re: prison, but I really don't think it's true.

I don't believe Grace Church was around in 1985 - I don't think it was even here in the early 1990's - Grace Church is new (as in new building) and was built in the last 10 to 13 years.
It's only been called Grace Church for about 5 yrs

It certainly does change the image we had earlier of the paint confined to the basement area with the intent he didn't want to "dirty up" his house. It also seems contradictory that the red spray paint is overused and the victims are all strangled with no bloodshed.

Yes, but those were Pat Brown's thoughts on the subject. Sounded good at the time. Besides, a little bit of Kilz and a couple of coats of paint...and the house is good to go.

Dr. Perper just called Baden's determinations "highly questionable" on NG and mentioned something about special testing not done.

Says Baden "went out on a leg" in narrowing TOD to 2 hour window.

JMO... I highly doubt Baden didn't narrow it down further for purposes of Forensic Testimony, which led to CC's indictment. It's just that LE is keeping everything so very close to their vests and tight lipped to prevent A & B to come up with some wild defense crap ala Dennis Bullouch. They wanted to let CC know that they know 100% that he was home - they are playing mind games trying to break him. He knows they're onto him, and we get the info we've been screaming for since May 5th. I'm sure we'll get a very small window on June 10th. He did in fact say "before 5 a.m.", which clearly puts CC at the scene. I'm betting it's going to be the 2:30-3 a.m. TOD.

We did have a leak very early on (days into this) that the spray painting way way overdone and everywhere, not just the one leaked message. We heard about several, paint on the bodies & F/U on the sheet covering Sheri.

Which would already be measured two weeks into this when the indictment came down. That's not like having to wait for DNA to come back.

I think the statement originally was "well before 3am and not after 5am". That's a bit different than what Perper is saying.

I don't know how long he was in the coal mines - maybe 8 or 10 years??? I think you're right though re: church - IIRC, he was involved in another church, they split off and he eventually built the church that stands now. But I believe that's been at least 15 years if not longer (that the new building has been there). I'm old and one year runs into the next....and the next...and the next.....................
