Fox news local - had video of Coleman being drove to court today.
The crowd outside were yelling at the top of their lungs... Murderer - Child Killer at the cop car he was in when it drove by.

I can't help but think of the posters who told us there was so much more to the story.

In my humble opinion, LE and the MCS team are going to be sure they have everything, legally, that cannot be torn apart at trial. This was not just their jobs, but a personal mission to have this case be iron clad for Sheri and her sons. Tenacious and thorough. I cannot help, but admire their dedication.

Side note, JMM and Church should be a little nervous. They have been brought up in the media. I would love to hear, in the very near future, that they will be investigated. That would be a *good* thing.

My understanding is that reactivation is normal. A SA can never have too much information when going to trial on Capital Murder charges. I think the statement was made that they always continue to investigate after an arrest. People who didn't come forward before will now. That's typical of any case. And if the information leads to another person that's what they follow.

maybe just maybe now that he has been charged and not on the loose anymore people are starting to talk. (friends, etc)

Now if we all hope really hard, just maybe the only words that he will be able to form with his mouth are "guilty, I want to confess."

A long time ago I quit hoping for things like this. These type of people are only concerned with saving their own and rarely confess. However, there might be a confession if a plea deal is offered to take the DP off the table to save their own . But even at that, they'll file appeal after appeal asking for a new trial, still claiming they are innocent. They'll claim innefective counsel, or they were medicated or something.

If his cell phone records show he did call his Miss Motive after killing his family,I wonder if she might be involved or knew what he was planning.I just hope she comes clean with anything she knows.

I’m so relieved that Coleman has finally met his “Waterloo”. This month has been a month to remember: First, Drew Peterson was finally arrested for the murder of his third wife. Gabe Watson was arrested for the murder of Christina Watson, she was murdered while diving on her honeymoon. And now Coleman is arrested for murdering his family. I hope to hear that Michelle Young’s husband Jason Young is soon arrested as well as Lisa Stebic’s husband. :clap:

COLUMBIA, Ill. — A southwestern Illinois man charged with strangling his wife and two young sons pleaded not guilty to the killings on Wednesday.

Chris Coleman, 32, entered not guilty pleas to three counts of first-degree murder in the two-minute arraignment hearing.

He faces life in prison without parole if convicted.


Coleman's next court appearance is June 10.

I was really hoping he hadn't done it too. I just don't understand. Not only did he kill his family, his own flesh and blood, but he chose a method that was so personally involved. How on earth do people do these things? It would be awfully unusual for him to have been a loving family man who just snapped all of a sudden and comitted such a horrible act. I wonder what else this poor family may have endured. It's pretty scary that the people interviewed thought he was such a nice guy. I hope this other woman doesn't "stand by her man". That crap makes me sick!!! RIP together Sheri, Garret and Gavin.

Well...I would have liked to have seen a guilty and confession. I have lost every ounce of hope I had that anything good had stuck in him from all of the good things he had been around and had in life.

Can you imagine as a young child having the realization that parents do murder their children? I wonder if even only for a fleeting moment their thoughts go to their own parents. Alot of kids will be sleeping with one eye open. Kids close to the Coleman case will be horribly scarred for years to come.

Hopefully IF she knew ahead of time what he planned, maybe there is a computer trail of what she did know. Always the possibility when he gets 3 life sentences he might turn on her IF she was involved in knowing what he planned.
