Hello Mck16,

I don't at all mind doubting validity :) That is one of my things, i.e. "is it true." I really love people resourcing things -- as I am forced to do in medical documents I work upon, it helps with "building a case" for whatever.

I am trying to see if I can find this info too...because I have a point to make about it :)

I was able to find the above, which states that she was there to console the neighbors, but I didn't see the one that says CC called her. I got side tracked watching JVM as there was info on there about Haleigh C.

It would speak to me that he called her. Must of had a close relationship or maybe he was asking for prayer, etc. and thinking it would be confidential if he told her anything in the capacity of her being his pastor. IJS

Well, since word has it the threats were typed on a computer Chris used, I would imagine JM is a little pizzed that the enemy was from within.

Just a thought,
fran

That hasn't been confirmed at this point. Perhaps he was FRAMED!

Nope. Doesn't work for me. CC chose. Murdered his wife and two sons. This is not about being Christian. This is about a "man" who chose to kill his family for his reasons. There were no threats and frankly, to try and bring in "Christian hate" is so wrong on every possible level. He may have been JM's bodyguard for eight years, but he was a husband and father longer. Who was more important than life? JM or Sheri and sons? Or, could it have been CC for himself...

Umm .. no one brought in Christian "hate" but Christians have been persecuted throughout the ages. One was hung on a cross.

LOL, what are the odds that the stars lined up just right so that all these really unlikely incidents just happened to happen to CC all at once?

  • #325
I rather tend to believe Major Connor when he said that they have the evidence against Christopher Coleman and that there are no other suspects.

strangers things have happened .. I prefer the "cards on the table" "proof in the pudding" rather than a politically motivated arrest!

Respectively snipped:

Or .. just supposin' .. just supposin' .. let's start with a basic truth .. there's lots of people out there that hate Christians, whatever the reason may be.

I responded to your post regarding , "there's lot of people out there that hate Christians, whatever the reason may be".

I didn't post it, you did. Hence, my response.

Are you saying that is not true? Two people thanked the post. Gee .. "lots of people" would be radical Muslims who think Christians are the infidel. That's just a start.

OK .. enough on this .. there are Christian haters .. there have been churches that have had gunmen in them recently and, oh .. 10 years ago a man killed 9 people in a Baptist church in Fort Worth.

Well then, that raises the odds considerably. Really, I have to ask, who is it that is gaining political favor by CC being arrested for murdering his family? Whoever it is I hope they enjoy it fast because if the arrest is all political then it'll fall apart like a house of cards when it is discovered there is no evidence against CC.

Oh, I also wanted to ask you if when the cards are on the table and they show CC to be the perp, will you believe it?

indeed .. it won't be the first nor the last time rush to judgments have been made

... just sayin' ...

Hmm....... what about a plain old simple crime motivated arrest?

I would like to know how far the confidentiality goes. It seems priest/confession is very strong. Is it the same with 'pastor'/parishioner? (It seems anyone could claim to be a pastor now days...)

And the one that was hung on that Cross prayed for the sinners. Christians must do the same for we are all sinners at some level. God will always look for his lost sheep and never give up trying to bring them home.

This has nothing to do with religion, IMO. Greed, egoism, feeling superior, those I can go with. This guy has been living a lie and committed (judging by his arrest) the most heinous act on his own family. He is purely evil.

LOL, then I'll agree with you. I want the cards on the table too. The difference between me and you is that I can actually fathom either outcome (although it is my personal opinion that he did it). Just an observation. :innocent:

I am pleased that you have had two "Thanks" to your post. The other good thing is that I, regardless if I did not give "Thanks", have my own thoughts towards you post. Just makes me, well, me . As far as placing Muslims in this discussion, I suggest be gentle. I have Muslim's in my family. It does not matter whether you are a Christian or a Muslim. Thankfully, I can look beyond this argument and not have is tainted. Fact of life is just that. The bottom line is the choice that person makes is/can be at the cost of another. I will not go towards the religious blame. CC decided to murder his wife and two sons. This is not a religious debate, not should it be. CC planned, murdered, and believed he could have pulled it off.
