I do not believe they should be charged because I do not believe they have done anything wrong. What laws have they broke?

They have endured enough. Most people who lose a Grand Child or a child do not lose their home or jobs or chance of getting jobs. They are criticized everywhere they go, anything they do. They could do no right in most peoples eyes.

I think most of what people are accusing them of, is just that, an accusation. Where is the proof they have done anything wrong? I do not believe LE will go after them. IMO

When my dog was a puppy he got loose.I searched harder for my dog than they did for their child.Washing clothes from a car smelling of decomp is I'd say impeding justice, giving the wrong hairbrush, impeding depos..Flapping their gums when they have been told not to,chewing gum like a cow in a Court of Law ~ its a nono. they should stop acting like Attorney would be's and act like grandparents.Yes, I have buried two children!! I think there is more reading into this case to be done.------------------
ETA..There have been many instances where people have lost jobs, homes, even their marriages after a child dies, much has to do with the deep depression that follows. They lose friends when they need them most! One must stand up straight and start all over again.G. could try factories, even in a recession they need guards.LA. is the only smart one trying to stay away from the mess parents put them all in.IMO.

After reading so many transcripts of OCSO interviews, I have come to believe that OCSO is doing a parallel investigation of the A's. I suspect that charges are to come but after the trial.

Yes, that is exactly what I predict too. It is not necessary to charge them before the trial. Certainly, we don't want to give them the right to take the stand and take the fifth; because, there are current charges pending. Once the trial is over, I expect they will indeed be charged on multiple counts.

No I dont think they should be...they have been punished enough for something they are not responsible for. MOO

I don't recall them being punished at all, but I suspect, punishment is forthcoming for their illegal activities which have been written about on numerous occasions.

Agree and add that we don't know exactly what their involvement is (to paraphrase KC's comment to CA during a jail visit). My fence sitting opinion is that they ARE involved in Caylee's murder, just to what degree is where more SA documentation is needed. Or a confession would work too.

My prediction is that once Jeff and Linda show the exhibits of Caylee's autopsy before the jury and Dr G gives her testimony about the duct tape, no one will be able to contain KC, CA, GA or LA from talking and pointing the fingers at each other. Then three other sets of handcuffs will be utilized. Maybe more ..... Just remember KC's frantic display when Jeff talked about it during a court hearing. CA walked out. At trial, I don't think they will be able to.

LA was expecting to be charged with obstruction a long time ago. It didn't happen then, but I confident that it will when this case is settled.

You're correct, they haven't been punished at all, but I more than suspect you're also correct - their punishment is forthcoming.

What a glorious day that will be! They're not above the law in spite of their thinking so.

Golly jeepers just think, it's going to give Casey another reason to write, "the b!tch knows what it feels like!" about Cindy.

Could we start a new fresh poll on this? :) This was started before the body was even found. 8/08

I thought so at first as well, but OE has LOTS of comments over the past year in CA's defense. Just trying to figure out what's with the sneezing I've been reading about lately? I haven't been able to keep up with all the posting, but have read a few comments about her sneezing. Is it a joke?

In short...casey speaks of her sneezing as a sign from God...it is in the released jailhouse letters.

Thanks, I've been following the Nadia and Haleigh cases recently and haven't really had much time to read up on the others. Many on the boards at the Sentinel feel that OE is CA and nothing from that group would surprise me.

I think what this person is trying to say is that initially when KC dumped the body she kept sneezing over and over again. As she got further and further away from the body (Blockbuster, Target, Fusion, TL apartment) the sneezing stopped. In order to find her way back to the body she would have to rely on her sneezes. So do you think this is close to the truth (achoo, excuse me must be my allergies) ??? Really JMO

Is this a serious conversation? Really? LOL

SO! I'm having an AHA! moment! THIS explains why the defense could never put Casey on the stand! If she told the truth on the stand while being guided by God, she would be sneezing so hard she wouldn't be able to speak and her health - in fact her life would be threatened by all these sneezes.

What a conundrum for Baez! :banghead:

Nope. Just my ramblings from Post #828. Trying to figure if the person who posted in the Sentinel is serious or if it is CA. LOL

Sorry about HOW I asked the question - I was laughing so hard I could barely touch my keyboard.....

You asked the question perfectly fine. Have you read some of the comments on that link. There are some real, real scary people out there but I think Florida/Orlando area has more than there share. The ones who are so quick to accuse before all the information is in are the worst. Sorry Orlando. jmo

I used to read there but gave up completely about six months ago. The comments go far beyond intelligent speculation into what I consider to be some kind of lala land, the responses to disagreement are vicious and ugly - and I learned nothing except how really cruel anonymous posters can be. Just completely whacked out stuff. Not a place I will go to again, even to see what OE is coming up with these days. In my opinion only, I think there are individuals who are on all sites who get a charge from posting alternate opinions, or inferring they are someone they are not, just to have fun reading the reactions from posters. Apparently jerking sincere people's chains is "fun".

I agree. If you want to see vicious, go there...
It's the anonymity, and the site must not ever be moderated. Even days after a really nasty post if you go back thinking someone must surely have deleted it- nope. I'm all for honest investigation but they go far beyond the pale.

Obviously, all nurses must take "Serial Killer 101" and "Serial Killer 102". I'm wondering why people would think nurses would know how to dismember bodies. They don't do autopsies...I'm pretty sure certain doctors do.

In the Melanie McGuire case the State used this against the defendant who was accused of murdering her husband. She murdered, dismembered, and stuffed his body parts into his own suitcases and threw him off a bridge. The defense said it was the mafia over a gambling debt. The State's argument was that as a nurse the defendant had intimate knowledge of how to dismember a body, and also to move the heavy body and heavy suitcases BECAUSE OF THE NURSING history....

She was convicted of first degree murder I believe and this information was integral in her conviction. That said......No way do I think any of the A's except KC had anything to do with Caylee's demise and disposal. What they learned immediately thereafter, and what they should have know before.....well that is another story entirely.
