Although if it is a hung jury, I am confident Judge Sherry will give the killer LWOP. And Arias won't be an infamous Death Row Killer; she'll just be another nobody lifer. Which ain't bad.

Mistrial is what I was thinking too. On the other hand, maybe that juror doesn't know that is not how it works, can't just decide to switch.
