FYI and FWIW: Just read over on BK's site that AZ law does allow prosecution to go over the facts of the crime when retrying mitigation / sentencing. So she is troubled that Juan didn't do that, but wondering now if he wasn't allowed to by JSS... though she's just speculating and we won't know until after everything is released after the verdict.
