I promised DH that I would get to the gym today but fell back to sleep after he left. No more excuses! I absolutely have to get back in the habit.

Just back. The pool was closed, they're redoing the tiles and I have to be assessed for a new programme which won't happen until next week. However I did get a two hour walk in around town including going up a hill....well.....an upward footpath but it felt like a hill. About a 25 degree slope to the top. Did the shopping, going to prepare dinner after my heart rate settles down and then do some cleaning.

If this jury is deadlocked like the first, just think how special Jodi will feel, yet again. I really want her to receive the DP, mostly for the lack of privileges she'll have in prison. I honestly don't care how she dies; it's how she lives now that is on my mind.

My son in laws brother and wife just had their baby today. I love her chubby cheeks!!

Creeping up on 14 hours of deliberations. Lots of guessing going on now. Legal experts say jurors likely split at this point. #jodiarias




All I'm gonna say is this is irresponsible of the legal experts, this jury had to go through all the evidence from the previous trial that pertained to mitigation.

Actually they don't have to go through all that evidence, they could do like I would, walk into the jury room and say: "Death Penalty. Period"

Didn't a lot of "legal experts" not expect Juan to get 1st degree murder?
