Does anyone know if court ends at 4 or 4:30? Sure is looking like there will be no verdict today :dunno:

Haven't heard a peep, and gave some other neighbors the "heads up" if they see or hear anything!

Awesome. I read about you with your moonboot on (that's what we call them over here) and have realized what a slack arse I've been for the last six months. You inspire me to get myself sorted.

Thank you. :)

They can choose to go to 5:00 if they want, and still have a verdict and get everyone there at 6:00.

Bernina, why are people taking your fence?

They're blocking easement ingress/egress. It's what happens when people move up here who don't know about "open range", easement rights, the whole "wild West" mentality that comes with people who move here from out of State, LOL!

Wow, CH just told Gold that he thinks TA was shot first given what he (CH) knows about Travis' strength. Interesting. I know that rage and adrenaline can give someone extraordinary strength, so I still think the shot came LAST (this is based on the lack of blood in the wound tract as testified to by ME).

I've got to go with the ME on this matter.

And.............just don't think CH has anything viable to say. If he did, he would have been more of a witness, and then there is secondary gain. Just my humble opinion.

A great reality check:

Travis Rules ‏@travis_rules 3m3 minutes ago
Reality: 9 mtgn factors@ 15 hrs= 1.66 hrs for each for 12 ppl.Going to take more time.CALM DOWN.Not deadlocked. No jury note yet #jodiarias

Yeah, I am certainly not ready to say these jurors are in any way deadlocked. We all know why the first jury hung, and to me there has been no overt indication that there are any jurors who refuse to work together at this point.

If I remember, the first jury kept asking questions about a LOT of things, like "some one" was telling them how they were supposed to interpret their job..............like the foreman.
