Can any of you imagine if the jury has to go through 18 days of CMJA on the stand? How long would THAT take?


Adding: Just before the end of trial, the court had almost 1000 pieces of evidence, like 957, something like that.

Yeah, I am certainly not ready to say these jurors are in any way deadlocked. We all know why the first jury hung, and to me there has been no overt indication that there are any jurors who refuse to work together at this point.

I love the way they say it took 15 hours for the first jury to hang when we all know it was really two. Two! With all that evidence to sift though.

I've got to go with the ME on this matter.

And.............just don't think CH has anything viable to say. If he did, he would have been more of a witness, and then there is secondary gain. Just my humble opinion.
