i cant find a circumstantial evidence heading lol..
but ive had a few convo's with lily
Most crimes are not committed in front of people or cameras so the majority of cases are based on circumstantial evidence. There was more reasonable doubt in the story JB was telling the jury and they never were able to connect the dots.....such as how did Caylee's body go from the trunk of KC's car for 2.6 days and end up in the swamp. They just never considered that. That was their responsibility because if they could not connect those dots JB's story was false. The truth would have been obvious. Defense provided no proof of any of the statements JB made during his opening. The jury never even caught the "could have" or "may have" when JB was relating what could have happened. The jury freed KC on the possibility that JB was telling the truth not on facts which were lying just a few short feet from where they deliberated. They failed the system miserably. jmo
It was Lincoln but Mr. Barnum may have borrowed it. lol

I think P.T. Barnum said "There is a sucker born every minute"...and I also think JB borrowed THAT!
I don't know about that specific comment but I believe Dr. Lillian Glass referred to George dumping Krystal after this"encounter", maybe even on her WebSleuths interview but I can't be certain.

I'm not replying directly to the question you asked about post-trial contact, but I am extremely interested in anything Baez had to say about the jury or jurors. If you have the time and wouldn't mind, could you give an indication of what he had to say?
Thanks!![]()

Probably how he found out about Yuri.
LC is used to looking under the discussions section, LOL. Sometimes I even forget that there are comments under the reviews themselves.
yups..lol
i started a new one in the discussion area about jose saying that amy stabbed casey in the back. ....
the gall of that man.. jezzz..
ok im off to work.. see you all later from there..
I also think, like JB's presentation in court which was "dumbed down" so to speak...you know what I mean, not high techy - kind of J-paddish and all :floorlaugh: - that this book is "dumbed down" to appeal to a certain type of person who can be fooled very easily. P12-like people. So if you have that type of mentality, it probably is nobel prize material.

I wonder if he realizes who stabbed who first? I havent seen the book anywhere in the Cleveland area. I bought mine at WalMart. What did she have in mind telling Amy she could move in the next week!!!:what:
Thats exactly how it happened...said he posted here under some name...cant remember.
There are some serious accusations on Joses' part in this book let me tell you. Not only that but I like how he coaxes FCA to tell him GA molested her by suggestion. He starts by bringing up Lee and what he heard and than tells her "where did he learn that from" she says "who do you think" he says how many times did your father molest you....there it was...give FCA a good story and a pity party and there you have it. Jose really, truly believes this theory, the pool, GA being there and burying Caylee etc... he said all the evidence backed it up, KC telling him she was home that day after GA left for work, the pings say yes its true except "the area" is not necessarily the house, she did bury her in the woods near the house, probably scouted where to go in a panic. I have to say Jose bought it all hook, line and sinker, stupid, stupid man. He never approached Cindy with this accusation of molestation when he heard it from FCA in prison. He called GA to his office with CM and asked him point blank and GA said nothing really. The man was probably depleated from his daughters lies but Jose claims its cause he is guilty...please Jose, you're no specialist in peoples reactions as we can see from what you bought from FCA. Why didnt he vere ask Cindy about it?
IMO Baez is counting on people basing their opinion on the media coverage. The media covered the thefts from Amy, since she became a convicted felon for those. He is not counting the general public reading all of the discovery and the many, many thefts long forgotten.
