The man found in contempt and sentenced to jail by Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry during the Casey Anthony trial said Friday he's filing complaints that the judge is violating campaign laws.

Mark Schmidter was sentenced to roughly five months in the Orange County Jail last summer for violating Perry's orders regarding a free-speech zone at the courthouse and handing out jury pamphlets.

"There's an injustice. We have a tyrant that's actually running for re-election, Chief Judge Belvin Perry," Schmidter said as he stood in the free-speech zone in front of the courthouse.

"He has to follow the rules like all the rest of us. That's one of the reasons I went to jail."

I always thought that was a little steep of a sentence for that guy. Considering JB never got anything done to him..:banghead:

At 8:15 a.m., Friday July 27th, the Department's record keeping office confirmed that Anthony was in custody in an unnamed prison facility of the Florida Department of Corrections and indicated the online records had not been updated as yet this morning to reflect that.

At 10:30 a.m., Friday July 27th, Ann Howard, communications director for the DOC says Anthony has no status change and is still under supervision. Howard did not know why a notification appeared yesterday showing Anthony was back in custody, nor why another office said she was 'in custody' this morning.

I think it's outrageous! FCA murdered her child and walked free, CA lied continually on the stand and walked free, JB Lied though-out the whole trial and walked free and this guy is out of the free speech zone and gets 5 months in Jail? I'm in SHOCK and how unfair!!

I guess your own words explain why you think Casey Anthony murdered Caylee.

And yes, it was in the majority of the public's (erronious) opinion, a slam dunk guilty verdict, in my opinion, because of that opinion, Anthony would have been wrongly convicted.

So it wasn't a slam dunk (IYO), but you fault Ashton for not "winning"?

I had that linked in my signature for a while, and removed it due to the fact people "claimed" they were getting virus alerts. I have never gotten a virus alert, nor a virus, and doubt the number (any) of claims others did. WS offered to have the tech department investigate and see if there was any validity to those claims, but it was easier just to remove the link. IMO, the claims are/were just another example of a witch hunt against Casey Anthony.

My understanding is that an "SJ" as referenced in your social media thread runs the infamous caseyanthonyisinnocent website, you may have noted that website was linked in one, possibly two "signatures" here on WS in the past, but some folks for a while were complaining that they were getting "virus" alerts LOL when going to that site. Also the relentless "turtle" reptile with a shell who moves at a slow "pace" also shamelessly promoted that website here, there and everywhere, Hal finally asked that slow-mover-with-a-shell to stop putting that link into every single solitary post, but I don't know if SJ is that renowned reptile. The reptile has recently still been going strong over at Hal's. But I have read numerous places that an "SJ" definitely runs or is an admin at the "innocent" website.

No kidding! This whole cesspool of a "trial" just keeps on swirling. JBP never, ever held JB responsible even after his "warnings". I continually pray all the scum that assisted that baby killer walk free, all of them, including him, get the Karma Bus straight head on. So far, the innocent bystanders like Konk, ZG, are suffering the consequences of the murder of our poor dead Caylee. The rest are happily living their bella vita's.:banghead: :banghead: :banghead:

I was on that site yesterday and came off with a Trojan virus. I did two scans and they picked it up and got rid of it.

Yes, I understand what you are saying and agree - and yet I hear over and over again that GA turned his back on Caylee and supported FCA. When he said he would do anything for FCA - he wasn't asked if he had a choice what would he do - it was a whole different line of questioning and yet he has been nailed for it over and over. The context I understood him to say it in was meaning more - I would do anything I could so this (murder by my daughter) wasn't true. I did not "hear" him say he would do whatever cover up he could to protect her. I think he was heartbroken at the loss of Caylee and heartbroken his daughter was a murderer.

ITA LG, but what was JB telling KC that GA meant? JB is a snake along with his client & IMO he set GA up that day.
If he is twisting everything to the public you can bet he twisted everything when it came to KC & her family.
He kept them apart & played their go between, all the while setting up this joke of a defence. He played them all IMO & they deseved it - talk about karma....

Is this the guy that showed his IQ with his finger, the same way...oh I can't remember his name, the old man who mumbles when he talks, I can't believe I can't remember his name LOL oh well you all know who I mean. He did the same thing to the whole country. Unbelievable Did this guy actually spend 5 months in jail ? It just amazes me how some people are charged and "some" people just walk away, free!!!!!
