Is this the guy that showed his IQ with his finger, the same way...oh I can't remember his name, the old man who mumbles when he talks, I can't believe I can't remember his name LOL oh well you all know who I mean. He did the same thing to the whole country. Unbelievable Did this guy actually spend 5 months in jail ? It just amazes me how some people are charged and "some" people just walk away, free!!!!!

Don't fret, since you are a "grammie to 5", you've lived long enough and you're wise enough to know that KARMA takes care of the rest. Baez' day is coming, as is Casey Marie Anthony's and it won't be pretty.

GA saying that on the stand baffled me, because JB at that time was trying to put to the jury that GA worked with the police to get information from Casey. The whole thing made no sense. But then JB turned around and used GA as the scapegoat. Could that testimony on the stand by George have been Jose's legal cover...i.e., he could henceforth say anything about George, implicate George and not worry about George ever coming back on him for things he says???? It would explain why no action from George on this garbage.

IOW, kind of like a "legal" (stretching here) agreement between George and Jose...."George, you swore in court that you would do anything to save your daughter, and you gave me permission to do this.."

The one thing I have learned about JB from watching & listening to him all these years is, he will take EVERYTHING & twist it to HIS advantage. He was in this for himself the whole time. He doesn't give a hoot about KC or anyone else.
He is evil IMO.

ITA LG, but what was JB telling KC that GA meant? JB is a snake along with his client & IMO he set GA up that day.
If he is twisting everything to the public you can bet he twisted everything when it came to KC & her family.
He kept them apart & played their go between, all the while setting up this joke of a defence. He played them all IMO & they deseved it - talk about karma....

Who knows what he told them but I think he probably did a lot of drum beating about the death penalty which influenced CA to be even worse than she was - she really didn't need his help!:banghead: But even with that threat, GA was looking pretty dug in with what ever she gets she gets during the trial.....

While I get people are angry about what's his name - the guy deliberately ignored courthouse security zones despite several warnings that he would be charged.

Yes, scientific evidence that had to pass some very stringent tests in the Frye hearings vs Baez theories which he couldn't/didn't produce any evidence to even begin to justify or verify,

How hard is it for anyone who can use a smidgeon of critical thinking to figure out????:banghead:

I had that linked in my signature for a while, and removed it due to the fact people "claimed" they were getting virus alerts. I have never gotten a virus alert, nor a virus, and doubt the number (any) of claims others did. WS offered to have the tech department investigate and see if there was any validity to those claims, but it was easier just to remove the link. IMO, the claims are/were just another example of a witch hunt against Casey Anthony.

I'm confuzzled. But again, I think Casey is guilty...so that explains it I guess.

Bwahahaha - they got renamed a long time ago when Baez kept being thwarted in court......now it is a special WS treat for celebrations...or incidences when good triumphs over the DT...
ps - it was a dark and stormy very late night and a couple of us were in a very mischievous mood...not saying who.....

This is the point - BBM - that I get confused. I sincerely do not understand what posters think he did when you say - he did what he had to do.

I watched him during the hearings and the court testimony. I didn't see anything he did that suggested support for FCA....:waitasec:

And I say this with respect - not trying to start a scrap.
Now CA? Whole different story...

It never even entered his mind because it wasn't true.
IMO it was all a set up by JB, to assure KC that GA would do anything to save her. If you remember at the beginning of the case JB was with CA & GA in their livingroom & said KC's lying had to be more - like if GA molested her.
IMO he was guaging their reaction. His plan was set in motion at that point as a last ditch effort if he couldn't convince everyone that Kronk did it, no equasearch did it......

You are probably right - I remembered it from being back in the early days when GA was trying to fully grasp that FCA had actually done this. I mean I know he knew she had but...it takes time to fully accept something that harsh.....I remember recently that my neighbour across the hall was charged with possessing and distributing pornographic images of children. Stellar guy, late 30's, fit, married with a lovely strong wife, fantastic education, high standing in the community - and a high school teacher who was running for political office. He pleaded guilty finally and I still shake my head trying to grasp it. I'd known him for five or ten years - always friendly with both he and his wife..geez...

It seemed fair that GA was asked if he loved his daughter and he said yes.(early days) But I never got any indication from him that it meant he loves her so anything goes. I took it to mean yes he loved his daughter and was crushed to know who she was and what she had done.....

I am not trying to pick a fight; I have just noticed you mentioning the lack of evidence several times before. I am just trying to figure out what you are talking about.

Okay, just so I understand, please explain what you are talking about in reference to your “lack of actual evidence?”

What evidence do you feel the State should have had to prove guilt? TIA

Now Logical - did you forget the very first time a thwartcake was served? Remember, it was when the boy lawyer got thwarted in traffic. Then every time they were thwarted thereafter!

Wasn't that what JB put in the reply to why he didn't make the deadline. Gads, I remember us talking about them being thwarted and I think I made the first cake, but wasn't it that time that it started? PS - so glad you took over most of the baking, yours are better than mine, must be that Canadian sugar!
