I don't know about you but I feel kind of nauseous looking at pics of FCA again. Baez is kinda fun to poke fun at but she is just plain evil and shallow in that duh kind of way. Unless it's in handcuffs again of course.....

She is what she always has been - vapid, shallow, common, ill-educated, unskilled, unmotivated, deathly uninteresting, unkind, haughty, false, and now... she's getting old.

I fully expect to see her back in handcuffs at some point. A leopard doesn't change it's spots, and OCA has been scamming for too long to stop now. I'm sure that the media will have better things to concentrate on instead of OCA being let off of probation. With the DP case and JH in Colorado, I can't see the media outlets being set abuzz with the news that the great OCA has finally been taken off of probation. Oh, there will be a general blurb, perhaps, but no helicopters or media chases. No groups camped out ready to shove their microphones into the face of the self-proclaimed celebrity. She will come off of probation and no one will really care. And that will bother her to no end. She will not be contained long. She will just have to release a video diary, or be seen walking down the street nursing a Starbucks, or something. Anything to get some attention. She requires it. And, when she doesn't get it, she will want it even more. We will hear from her again. Of this, I have no doubt. JMO.

I heading off early tonight as I am exhausted - as well as my difficult client and finally getting the damn contract completed rocker: ) we have been dealing with a tenant in the building who has had "problems" for the past year, but just the last couple of months the young man made the unfortunate choice of descending into heroin and meth use.

Of course he had to be turfed out, but many police visits, and the noise and violence that goes along with it, his mother and brother flew out from back east to escort him home to detox.

Should have had a happy ending, but sadly he "missed" the plane. We had him back asking for one more night...no chance of course, but hope an angel is watching over him - our city has a very ugly underbelly, and once in - it's almost impossible to come back.

So sad.

I think JA should send JB a thank you note and maybe a crate of oranges for bringing attention to JA’s bestselling book. JB appears to be obsessed with him, and I estimate about half of his book is dedicated to the subject of JA. I can't even put a price tag on all of this free advertising and media placement for JA's book - that JB....whadda guy.

Even though its been out for well over 10 months now, JA book is still achieving record sales numbers (a second hardcover printing, a prime time movie starting Rob Lowe as JA, and set to be released as a paperback). I bet his sales numbers start soaring even higher this month as soon as the paperback version will be released for under $8.00.

According to these reported figures, it appears that JA is running almost neck and neck in sales with JB so far in August...

When I was rereading some of the autopsy report, I noticed that the two trash bags were of different sizes. I didn't remember that from before so I have been rethinking my theory.

I do think that OCA taped Caylee first to keep her quiet and then used more tape so she wouldn't see her eyes, also covering her nose. OCA threw Caylee in the trunk and later went on her merry way. I'm still not sure what was the actual cause of Caylee's death, whether it was by OCA herself, the placement of the tape or from the heat of the trunk.

Sometime later OCA put Caylee's body in a trash bag when she was beginning to smell and decompose. The smell began to get stronger so OCA tried to move Caylee's bagged body to the back of the trunk accidentally tearing the bag, leaking more of the fluid. She then threw in the garbage bag from the guys' apartment trying to disguise the smell.

When OCA backed into the garage the first time, she had to get Caylee's bagged body back out of the trunk. She got another trash bag and the laundry bag to enclose everything and put it back into the trunk.

OCA drove to the end of the block where she tossed little Caylee's remains, but the smell remained so she backed into the garage again for major cleaning. Some of the cleaning towels went into the garbage bag which was then placed back into the trunk.

I always wondered if CA/GA or their dogs got a whiff of the odor from those two days that OCA backed into the garage?

ITA CM, she will be back in the news at some point, either for attention or under arrest for stealing, or God forbid taking another life.
Do you think she feels invincable now? She has got away with murder, even though there was a mountain of evidence she did it.
I think this has made her feel cocky - like she can do it again if she needs to.
I think she feels like she can get away with anything now.

I often wondered if she had visited the dump site the day she turned up at Jesse's for a shower. That smell gets into your nose and it will not just go away. While no one else can smell it on you, you can smell it for sure and that may be why she wanted to use his shower. We know she was in the area where Caylee was dumped often because of her cellphone pings. jmo

Ok I probally slept through the posts about CA's twitter. Remember reading a post that said it had been debunked and shaking my head because I thought it was her. There was a photo of their bathroom that was upgraded. I just bound on Orand County Comptroller site a document that shows there was work done on the bathroom in 2011. So did I miss the information that we knew that or is the twitter account hers or someone that has inside info and would have a photo of the master bath remodel?

Also on this site I found a "notice of dismissal and discharge of lis pendens" dated 24 September 2010. Does that mean the foreclosure ended on that date? Doesn't show that the house was paid off...

update: wow guess I have been out of the loop - the fca tax lien doc is on there too - none of this might be new to you all but I am a "happy Camper" right now lol
