Morning Peeps! It is our Canada Day long weekend which is the equivalent of your 4th of July weekend here in Canada so I have been in and out for the last couple of days.

But thought I'd stop in with your Stats for the morning....

Shown a big increase from yesterday.....:giggle:

Interesting little scam going on over on Amazon - there are 26 new books for sale from various sources - I'm thinking Baez has some kind of revolving buyback and sell scheme going....:waitasec:

Isn't it time for Hal's Blog to run a column called "Baez's Book - Bomb or Da Bomb?? Oh Hi Jose! :seeya:

I'm laughing at the very thought of KC "writing" a book. A fractured fairy tale. No doubt it would be a picture book, with lots and lots of photos of KC, and captions like: Me....Me again...Me with my infected pierced nose...Me with my Flavor of the Month Yadda yadda yadda

The contents would probably be something like this:

Chapter 1: First I was, like :liar:
Chapter 2: Then I was, like ullhair:
Chapter 3: Then I was, like :cheer:
Chapter 4: Then I was, like :jail:
Chapter 5: Then I was, like :skip:
Chapter 6: Then I was, like :maddening:
Chapter 7: Then I was, like :behindbar
Chapter 8: Then I was, like :dramaqueen:
Chapter 9: And then I was, like :yesss:
Chapter 10: And now I'm, like :Bananahair:

Alas, there's no smiley for the middle-finger salute, but no doubt she'd put it right there, next to The End.

You see, here is Baez's trouble....even though he is buying back and maybe even making a few sales - it's a new month.....and well...he has the competition of new releases.

We'll easily see him hit the #5000 sales rank in the next couple of days...

I'm off for the afternoon - but stopping by to tell you what I'm talking about here...

I just read this comment where somebody was asking about Jose's book and the bookstore managers (of all 4 stores) told her that they followed the case and read all the documents and will not order his book! All 4 managers directed her to Jeff Ashton's book and highly recommended it! Another example of how people know what his book is all about and have no interest in his lies!!!

I imagine Jose has a routine each day. Gets up all full of himself and thinking he is such a fantastic lawyer. Checks the Casey fan sites to puff himself up some more. Of course if he checks out that Casey A is innocent site and reads any of the posts by SM then his mood starts to darken some. SM loves Casey but hates Jose and lets that be known in post after post. Next stop, since Jose needs a little pick me up, is Amazon. How well is the book doing this morning? What have his peeps been able to do as far as damage control goes? Well carp, that didn't work either. The rank is tanking big time and no one is buying the carp that his peeps are spewing. Dang, might as well head on over to Websleuths and see what else they have uncovered. After all, it can't get much worse, right? After a couple of hours of surfing the web and going from a fantastic mood in the morning to crashing down into the pits of depression.........off to the walkin closet. This time with the light off.

Hi LG.. I just bought Defending Jacob at B & N... thank you for the suggestion...

I go to B & N almost every Sunday...somebody had been turning around and facing upside down a certain book...of which there has been 3 copies for the past three weeks...

Ontario is celebrating a Civic/Provincial Holiday tomorrow as well and in Ottawa we consider tomorrow Colonel By Day

There are about 5 listings on ebay. 2 of the sellers have more than 10 copies available, one of those sellers also sells on amazon. I would bet neither of those sellers actually has the book. They drop ship and just order from their supplier (hi jose :seeya when it sells. Amazon has some kind of buy back or fullfillment program, they could already be getting books back or drop shipping for their sellers.
Most of the sellers on amazon, selling this trash, have somewhat large feedback scores. I saw only a handful that have low feedback. Don't know what's going on but there could be a few explanations :twocents:

I looked into selling on amazon and the fees, rules and regulations put me off.

You can also look at the "amazon verified purchase...what is this". I found the last part confusing so maybe there are ways to get around it. Perhaps someone could read it and help figure it out.
