ExpectingUnicorn, do you have links to FCA probation reports? I can't find them, but I know I seen then at one time. Would be truly appreciated. Please help anyone I'm looking for the reports, not what they say about them.

I have never read or heard outright that Casey had supporters that were sending her money (other than while she was in jail) either, Sunny, but it is logical to come to that conclusion since we have her word, via her probation reports, that she is not working and has no income. Where else could the money be coming from if not from her "supporters?"

her mother....we saw what her supporters were sending her in jail...meager amounts....it would not lead me to believe that suddenly she was getting thousands in donations.....her probation reports IMO were junk.....who in their right mind would believe anything she said.

I remember watching a video of Mason flipping through a stack of cheques talking about her supporters sending her cheques...but it was a while ago - at least a year.

If it came from CM, I think we have every reason to doubt it as being true. JMO of course....I suppose if anyone believes CM, then they would believe those were indeed checks for casey from supporters.

So, her probation officer signed off on an incomplete report? Yep, that's what it looks like to me. In the report it stated: If not working give reason and source of income. Her answer was UNEMPLOYED. She stated unemployed but DIDN'T STATE WHY SHE WAS UNEMPLOYED nor did she state her SOURCE of INCOME. Looks to me like the probation officer didn't have much of a job to do nor did Casey. Just wrote her name, marked NO on all of the questions and then didn't complete the above mentioned question. This is what the state pays the probation officers to do. Sign me up, I need that job!

Okay MR. MASON, you stated that Casey WORKED as a CLERK in exchange for room and board. Why didn't she put that on her report? Oh yes, I forgot, she lies. That was a job MR. MASON in lieu of goods was it not?

I agree, I don't know which story he told best. That she gets thousands of dollars in gifts (that he was holding for her) or that she has Girl Scout qualities. :floorlaugh:

Mason always gives me the strangest feeling - I mean Baez invents a story and sticks to it despite blatant evidence because it "serves" his purpose and he's very unpleasant about it, but Mason has always felt kind of out in left field to me.

I remember when he did his first couple of "speeches" in court, I thought..:waitasec: ..WTH? Did this guy even read the discovery or the motions or whatever the hearing was about? It was as if he'd walked into the case -didn't really know what it was about, decided on a "stance" and just bumbled on.

Seriously, I did wonder about his mind and whether or not he was in "decline" and I don't mean that as bashing at all. At All! But if you remember - sometimes he just didn't make sense....

And we heard Bill Scheaffer and others talk about his "esteemed" reputation, and yet we saw some extremely unprofessional and just nasty behaviour to Kathi Belich and others that didn't fit with how he was described "in the old days". So I wonder.....

And none of the above is an "in defense" of....in ANY WAY!

This is great news! I love Current TV, and the freedom the shows have on this channel. I really really like the way Joy Behar handles her guests, she's no Barbara Walters. Should be a good show.

I agree - I love her also - she is so funny because she "straight" asks those questions we all say..:what: ...did she really ask that.

Yes, she is appealing her four Lying sentences - claiming the four lies were just one big lie, and he is the lawyer handling her appeal. So her only "Criminal" defense lawyer and Greene is her civil lawyer.

Not meaning to cause a riot here but I think FCa was given all kinds of "privileges" on her probation and her reporting because a few incensed indviduals sent threatening emails to her lawyers threatening her life.

If it was anyone else, it would be considered harmless spam...but her lawyers took it and ran with it and used it to her advantage ever since. I think every time anyone makes a comment on a blog of any sort (outside of this one) about what should have happened to her or what they would like to see happen to her and it's "physical" it only adds to their case.

In other words, our grief and anger contributes to her "extra" favours from "the system". Now there's a nauseating thought!

It is known is Canada, iirc as in England, as Snakes and Ladders

When the game was introduced to the US it became Chutes and Ladders.

regarding the bolded above at the beginning of your post ...may I ask how you know that she had supporters sending her money? (I am not doubting you...just wondering how you know)...I have only heard Cheney Mason say she had supporters sending her money. And I have not found CM a credible source of truth:banghead:

Because I have read where they have stated so themselves. (unless they all are lying, possible, but some have are truthful.) They ask where to send things and state what they have already send in the past, and will send. Then an address is given (Baez, then Mason, some now say send to Greene or Mason). She has also confirmed been sent at least one Bible lol (I have "talked" to this person and a few other like-minded), small gifts, lots of cards, etc. I'm not talking thousands of people that I am reading what they are saying, but she does have supporters, definitely. If 200 people from all over the country send her $10 each, or one sends $50, someone(s) generous $100, some send $25, some $5, it all adds up. Again, I'm mentioned in my post a few small thousand $ from random people over one year. Some of these people are christian or religious, some even believe she is responsible for Caylee's death (many people believe accident, but Casey still responsible, George not there), but should be given a second chance and can't handle all the hate directed her way. They are out there, the country is a big place with people having all kinds of opinions.

And "supporter" in my post means ANYONE who has helped and supported her over this past year, food, clothing, haircuts, she has them, don't doubt it. besides her parents and attys, besides crazy locos who want to "date" her lolol.

IMO, MOO, etc.
