It's interesting that TMZ should turn up right next to JB's car. He may have tipped them off during dinner. BW looked a bit suspicious, I think, and he looked especially tricky and sheepish, which I don't say lightly.

BW is savvy enough, I think, to know that an interview with FCA is only worth pursuing if she can get a new admission of something unflattering from her. And JB is self-serving enough, I think, to try and persuade FCA that she should go for the money while she can. And FCA is not as smart as she thinks so she may be malleable. This could be quite interesting, but I still won't watch. Caylee RIP.

I'm not at all good with indiscriminate hugging - in fact I was at a course not that long ago where we had to turn and hug our seatmate to the left and right - kind of on command. I finally stood up and said - nothing personal but I resent being commanded to hug and I'm not going to participate from this point on.

I went on to apologize to my seatmates and said they looked like very nice people and if I knew them I would call them friend - but my point was I did not know them so all this hugging was making me uncomfortable.

The seminar leader was shocked and rocked - she said let's excuse you from it then and a whole forest of hands went up asking for the same. That was the ending of hugging in that particular seminar. LOL. Now known as the seminar buster...:giggle:

I still to this day run when I see my Aunt in a store. I like hugging, just don't like the smell of hairspray mixed with Bengay and cheap parfume...:floorlaugh:

I don't get why FCA would be a big "get" for what she would say in an interview...
1. Jose woudn't let her speak for 3 years (because of her guilt)
2. He called her a big fat liar, in fact the worst liar in court history
3. She constantly took the 5th in the ZFG depo, because she can't answer any of the questions on grounds that it would incriminate her.
4. She's not doing anything worthwhile now to talk about.

What would be the point? What would she talk about? What could the interviewer ask her? Sounds stupid.

The only way it would be a big money maker is if she would decide to tell the truth. No fallacy about drowning and daddy diddlings...but how and why she murdered her daughter. That would be the biggest ratings draw in TV history. Do you think Barbara and Jose get this?

You are so right in your post. I'd like to add that as the years go by so does her worth and I hope with everything in me that this is how it will turn out.
She has nothing worthy to speak about period.
I for one am sick of Caylee being swept under the carpet of a swamp for people to make money on.

I don't understand the logic behind these shows laying out hundreds of thousands or even millions of dollars for some interview with the likes of Casey Anthony.

Did "Dr" Phil REALLY think that people would hurry home just to watch his bs with her parents?

Does Barbara Walters REALLY think an interview with a child murderer will cap her career highlights?

If they've got millions to burn, why not try to do some good AND capture ratings at the same time? Pick a deserving inter city kid and put them through college. Follow their progress for a few years. Make it a mini series or something. Fund a homeless shelter. In these tough economic times, find families who are loosing their homes to foreclosure and straighten up their mortgage. Show us the impact of a helping hand.

That's television I WOULD hurry home to watch.

FCA will never again speak as clearly as she did the day she strutted smugly down the street wearing her Caylee is Missing t-shirt, which she had knotted so that it partially obscured Caylee's face because she wanted to show off her "hot" body to the cameras. That gesture screamed volumes more than any stupid interview ever will.

There is nothing to learn from FCA, even if she were willing to speak truthfully. It is her lacks and absences that set her apart from others, and those of us who have a capacity for love and empathy can never understand her. She is the 'shell' in this story.

there is nothing interesting about her at all - except she's the coldest murderer IMO that most people have ever seen. she did nothing before and nothing after, she didnt have any education, she had no job, she didnt do any volunteer work, she didnt care for family, she didnt take care of her daughter, she thinks she is a photographer but her photos are average at best, she thinks she's a scrapbooker crafty person but her room was full of cheap tacky tat and nothing handmade, she dresses completely averagely (is that a word? it is now) in run of the mill boring clothes, her tattoos are boring, ugly, badly planned "rebel" tatoos, her letters in prison were boring, juvenile, and stupid...need I go further? aside from her daughter that she snuffed the life out of, she's not interesting at all.

that's her cross to bear, she can wear her stupid disguises, she can play her silly games, she can disappear into the ether really....but the one thing she can never get away from is the fact that the only thing nice, good, or interesting about her was CAYLEE.

Where in her probation rules does it say she can't lie in an interview?

I'm sure it doesn't specifically say interview. I think the probation department tries to set up a line of behavior that is consistent with being a good citizen. Lying is not one of them, nor is drinking to excess. An interview opens that door for them to ask her some questions she may not want to answer. I think DT is playing it safe with her. The probation department does not need much to send her back to jail and that is her "team's" greatest fear. jmo

LOL! I was HAHAHA-ing so hard at Babs saying "Just DON'T!" It was the exact tone of voice I use with hubs when we have an argument because he has done something stupid and tries to make it better by trying to cuddle and tickle me.

I think Babs is MAD that the TMZ cams just *happened* to be there to catch her with JB. And she knows damn straight that JB tipped them off, probably against her previous instructions.

Bwhahahahahaha. Almost as funny as FCA not getting a BRASS RAZZOO thus far.

ETA - JB is going to get even MORE unpopular if everyone that is seen with him gets completely THRASHED by the public. (as well we should, the child murderer needs to be stopped from being paid to murder)

As for being affectionate..what can I say..Italians are affectionate...LOL..
My mother taught us it was proper to hug and double cheek kiss people even those you just met...even the aunt or uncle who squeezed your cheeks too hard LOL

I take the cue from the person/people I am with..some people do not like to be hugged by other people unless they are close friends or family...

She could lie, she could say she had been getting trashed everynight, etc - just saying it in an interview in not grounds to get it violated.

She could, infact, go on national tv, hold up her probation rules, and state point by point has she doesn't follow this rule, has done this, that and the other, and that alone is not violating her probation. She actually have to have done them, and it has to be proven she has done them.

And based on the probation reports we been shown - the breaks she has already been given - do you think the probation department really gives a rats * about what she is and isn't doing?

BBM - Probation is not the 'walk in the park' some think it is. No, I haven't had to go through it, but my mother was a probation officer for 20 some odd years. Sure, the State Board of Pardon's and Paroles seems to be handling her with kid gloves, but you can bet they know where she is and what's she's doing. Because if she commits a major infraction of her probation, the officer in charge will have his or her head handed to them. She may be on probation for check charges, but we all know she's capable of killing and her probation officer probably knows that too.

If she could go on national tv then I see no reason why she's not on national tv unless her team is concerned she may get herself in trouble of some kind. Obviously once she speaks out and tells "her story" and then has to answer under oath in a courtroom and is caught committing pergury it's possible that would qualify as a violation. Her team does not want her to speak for a reason and the longer they wait the less valuable her story will be. People with inside information are writing books so within a few months whatever KC has to say will pretty much be worthless. IMO it's already worthless. jmo

Agree LambChop, and I'm no longer sure I understand why OCA feels she needs to wear a disguise to appear in a video depo unless as some posters feel, she has dramatically altered her appearance.

But if that is true, and if she is able to go out and about in the community without being spotted, then surely she is able also to do some kind of work - isn't she?

While my interest in her has really dropped off - I am still curious about what the big mystery is after this length of time. Does anyone here seriously believe she herself is at risk if she ventures out as "herself"?

While I believed OCA would have definitely faced public harassment, I never did believe her life was in danger - I think the crowds would be more like the protesters who were outside the Anthony home during the initial days of this case. Sure there are unstable folks out there who could be prone to violence, but that also applies to you and I as we walk down a street. Is her life really in danger or is this just DT hype to keep the mystery going until she can have the first big reveal?
