According to this interview....JB opposes the reenactment of the "event" in the Aruba case. According to JB, "there's no way to jump back in a time machine".

I almost spit out my water.

JB believes that GG is innocent...."Absolutely" :floorlaugh:

Believes the "Arubian" (yes his word Arubian as opposed to Aruban) police botched the Holloway case and now GG is paying for it. :floorlaugh:

Says GG has given 16 different statements and doesn't understand how many various different ways you can ask the same question. :floorlaugh:

And the best part...."It's all smoke no fire." :floorlaugh:

http://au.news.yahoo.com/video/nsw/watch/26671800/7805482/3/

Problem is how would JB know. Aruban courts don't share their findings as they do in Florida. So all he has is GG's word.

In Aruba access to information in pre-trial stage:
No obligation by the prosecutor a/o investigating officers to disclose details of investigation to third parties, including the media.
Press conferences held by prosecution not customary
Prosecutor's office has limited authority to disclose details of the investigation to the suspects

So there is a good chance JB has no information on what the Arubans may have from their investigation. But then I guess he figured we would not be able to figure that out. lol jmo

What I don't get is why the people who are interviewed never have anything bad to say about OCA. It's as if 'lets just throw Caylee back into that swamp and forget about her cuz she's nothing but a shell'. Is there anyone out there that has had bad experiences from OCA? Are people affraid to come forward for fear of what OCA will do to them? The person I'd love to hear from is Amy H. looking back with 20/20 vision. I really think she is replused by OCA.

Umm - because the person doing the article only wants to hear from people who have good things to say so they don't publish the truthful negative ones? Maybe they should interview Kiomarie?

Surely you jest!!! Do you think he picked out that photo himself? I, Jose "PorkChop" Baez, who spent 8 years trying to get accepted by the Bar???

I think Jose's middle name is mis spelled -- shouldn't it be Angle?

PorkAngle?...ummm...:waitasec:...:giggle:

Just kidding - I've actually seen some quite good photographs of him so I was really questioning why - if he chose the photo - why that one? IMO it does not flatter him at all...

Have to love this quote by DS:

“You follow someone around, let’s say 24/7, and then you only play one or two hours of their most difficult time, that does not define who that individual is. That was an unfair portrayal of her.” — Dorothy Clay Sims, defense attorney for Anthony.
So DS is saying we should not define KC by what happened to Caylee. That it is an unfair portrayal of her. I don't think whatever KC did up to that point in her life and what she may do in the future will ever top what happened to Caylee. DS is "portraying" KC as a victum. jmo

I guess that depends on WHO you are Dorothy S... Sometimes it's those difficult times that brings out the best in all of us....:twocents:

LC...I think Joy B should invite DS back on her show...:floorlaugh:

Not sure what DS had in mind when she made that statement so it would be great if someone had her on their show to explain it. jmo

oh wow, clint says something like "its not like she was taking her clothes off or anything" regarding the hot body contest after Caylee died and Dorothy Sims says what we saw (i guess pictures) only a small portion of what was going on daily (like she was grieving or upset and we didn't see it?)

R U KIDDING ME? Can someone please explain to me why these (modsnip) try to rationalize DANCING AT A CLUB hours after your baby is dead? Im still sick over this and pray for KARMA for every player for this sick injustice every day!!!

(please excuse the spelling mistakes, im TICKED!)

I read that. I'm going to give him the benefit of the doubt that there is more to the story after seeing him rally for Justice for Caylee. He definitely was not team Casey after the trial.

Hey all not to be off topic or anything... LOL

Watching the Hawks game -- singing both anthems -- remembering a great day in July, spent here with "y'all"

"God save our land. Glorious and free..."
"Land of the free, and the home of the Brave"

We are very fortunate to have such a lovely neighbor to the north...

Oh.

Go HAWKS!!!!

Pattymarie, stop back again, and more often.

We're all still a bit shell shocked. We don't always agree. But we are managing, and the friendships are worth it.

Love it !! I'm doubting he picked that one .... :giggle:

Loved this snippet too ... " According to his resume, he spent three years at the NATO base in Norfolk, Virginia, trained as an intelligence analyst, describing it as "Cosmic Top Secret" security clearance."

OK, what the he11 is a "Cosmic Top Secret" clearance ????????????
I've had a Secret and a Top Secret clearance from DOD and worked for Navy contractors for years and have NEVER heard of it :waitasec:
Anyone heard of it ?

OK, this one's even better ... from Wikipedia
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jose_Baez_(lawyer)
" According to his resume, he spent three years at the NATO base in Norfolk, Virginia, trained as an intelligence analyst, describing it as "Cosmic Top Secret" security clearance"
Jose ... intelligence analyst
It was also news to me that Jose spent 3 years at the NATO base ... ???? Guess he got his GED and went straight to NATO (must have skipped boot camp) and being an intelligence analyst ??? WTH ???

The part about being in the Navy seems correct but the rest of it ...
Anyone know how to look up military records ?

Didn't we find out he was a very low rank clerical person in the intelligence dept that only needed the security clearance it took to get in the door. Uh huh... Cosmic meaning - in your dreams Jose!

...not that we needed it, but somehow this machination of real responsibility reminds me, at, least, of someone we know.

Truly a match made in ...
