I have to wonder how LA feels at this point after his parent's interview with Dr. Phil. CA has never really spoken up and addressed the allegations made against LA. She just brushed it off but she should be mad that her daughter allowed JB to use LA in his opening statement. JB fully expected LA to help them out. Your own sister encourages her attorney to lie about you and your mother does a little more than brush it off as nothing. Never says that word that LA would have loved to have heard from his mother's lips, "My daughter lies to get attention and this was just another one of her lies and now that this is over she needs to apologize to both her father and her brother for her behavior." CA OWED it to the family that has stood by CA to have done at least that for them. The only person CA cares about is KC. Sound familiar. jmo

Me too and I'd have liked to hear or read CA had taken it further and also inserted the statement. There is no truth whatsoever in the statements that either George or Lee abused OCA. My daughter...blah...blah...

Today I'm going to take a huge step and delete the link to this section of the forum. I started coming here days after the Caylee story hit the news. I have had it. I can't stand to see one more statement from Jose or Chaney M or some idiot reporter talking out her a#$% about "bloggers." I'm sick of it. I like Websleuths and will continue to follow other cases. I preordered Jeff Ashton's book so if I read anything "different" in there I might pop back over to talk about that, but I can't give FCA and her peeps any more of my time. They disgust me.

I think all of us have a feeling of disgust when we read anything at all from Baez or about FCA and wish they would just go away. But I think we are doing our best to hang on despite those feelings to see this case through to the very end. I know this case is emprinted on my heart - I just can't give up yet.

We haven't gotten the justice we wanted for Caylee, because we've had a real twister thrown at us. But we hope and pray that soon, very soon, in a very different way than any of us ever imagined - the OCA will in fact pay dearly for her terrible crime of murdering little Caylee.

Im probably wrong but didn't Cindy or George imply in the Dr. Phil interview that FCA's lawyers were gonna do whatever it took to get her acquitted so they came up with the George molestation stuff but FCA wouldn't let them take it as far with her brother Lee? I know they didn't say this outright but I got the impression that they believe her lawyers are to blame for the molestation stuff (which imo is just another example of how the accused baby killer came to be)!

and, i would never expect Cindy to have taken it further because Cindy is great at making everything seem like not a big deal (i.e. granddaughter missing + smell of death in car = pizza)... my goodness, I believe she wrote off all of her clearly disturbed daughters actions as not a big deal, thus poor Caylee never had a chance - makes me sick!

Bless you beautiful Caylee, I think about you everyday!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all. Just a quick peek in....but just reading up on the twitter thread that Bob Kealing is in the ethics seminar where LDB and JA and evidently CM sans JB are keynote speakers. Very interesting in that they ALL agree that the Sunshine Laws need to be tweaked so that discovery is still accessible to the public, but AFTER the trial. It serves no purpose going out to the public and is a huge hinderance to seating a jury.

It just amazes me how CM complains about the media, blames them for everything and it was JB who got the media ball rolling. KC was scheduled for an interview when she was out on bail with ABC as that was what the $200,000 was for under the "well, we just bought the pictures we don't pay for interviews" excuse. So they lost out on the interview because KC was brought back to jail. But yet JB told the judge there was no deal on the table, when in fact there was. At least that is how I see it. So here ABC is out the money and out of their interview and I'm thinking they wanted to recoup some of that money and the rest is history by keeping it in the news.

So who is to blame here? They need to investigate why a media outlet would have paid $200,000 for pictures of a missing child when we know it was not for the pictures but for an interview. I agree the Sunshine Laws should be held up until after the trial but a gag order should be in place also.

I sometimes wonder, too, what is the connection between the bond's bailsman, the media and JB? What is the real story and does it involve a "daisy chain"? jmo

You know, I wonder if ABC could drag OCA's fanny into court for breach of contract? But then they would all have to admit to their underhanded dealings wouldn't they. Never mind I answered my own question. LOL.

Oh, I've been on the verge as well. Then I think, what if we all went silent? I don't want to give any of them the impression that we have grown tired of the story...that we don't care anymore about what happened...that it's safe now for Miss C to come out from the hole she's been hiding in. Nope...in case they're still reading...we're still here for Caylee. Personally. I've just grown tired of them.
PS- whatever form justice takes, I'll be here applauding. Any word about the depo?
