That would be a great thing. I don't see how she can't be charged for something now that so much information has come out. I'd love to see her face the death penalty in a Federal Court, away from that bizarro world known as Florida.

I'd like to just skip the penalty part

Me thinks she should have thought twice over firing the lawyer who got her off. But what does she do? Dumps him LOL. NotThatSmart Casey!

I read the petition but didn't see any federal charges that would be used to enable the "dual sovereignty doctrine" in this case.

I found the Federal charges on another page. They have two. One being that KC lied to a Federal agent naming Nick Savage. Number two is for violating the Federal Child Abuse Prevention and Treatment Act for failing to call 911 after Caylee was found in the pool.

I applied and was accepted and almost went to LSU, but since I am a FL resident I utimately decided to go to UF instead. I really wanted to go to LSU, but financially it was a lot more cost effective for me to go to UF. But I'm still a huge LSU fan!


I didn't comment here for a long time after the verdict. I was beyond upset after the verdict and I tried to sweep my feelings under the rug. I didn't talk about it or discuss it with anyone. My feelings came bubbling back to the surface after I saw Dr. G's special the other night. I still can't believe it. I'm just hoping that Karma will come knocking on FCA's door after what she did to sweet baby Caylee.

...how pleased am I that this was Daniel Radcliffe who performed this skit - a whole new generation gettin' in on the "love" that is FCA.

JA said there wasn't much said to Savage to pursue a Federal charge.

Isn't Radcliffe adorable (loved him on Broadway in How To Succeed In Business). But they did make him look like Joran, didn't they? Funny, funny skit!

I was wondering the same thing RR! I don't ever remember anyone discussing what type of dog she had - just that she had a dog! It was only tonight before SNL that I learned (from the tweets) that she had adopted a Yorkie. Did anyone else here know she had a Yorkie before tonight?

I keep thinking about, as we discuss her future earnings and her need to eventually support herself, the mentions that she has as an option. I think she has little future there, but it has been mentioned that she did escort work in the past and can return to that, and I have always thought that that made sense, that she might have done escort work.

I never could figure out how she convinced her parents that she was working for so long without bringing in some income. Her stealing from friends and family couldn't have covered all of her expenses. Speaking as the mom of a 21 year old that does work but until recently lived at home. We covered far more than the car, insurance, the gas, clothing charged at Walmart, phone bill, and our kid actually had a job and paid for the things FCA stole money to pay for...where did FCA get the money for those several years? It seems so unlikely that she stole enough to cover her expenses. I wonder if she did escort work.
