Could be, the group is out of Irvine, California (so snickering at the Private Elevator Productions name, OMG) although I don't see Al Taylor's name on the letter. The letter supposedly came from the group's lawyers, which are interestingly enough based out of the Bahamas. I don't know who would want to pay her a million dollars for an interview when she's been blabbing in video diaries already, but hey, not my money. What a waste, a huge waste, though, if this is true.

FCA is probably just to scared to be interviewed by this guy. He won't cut her any slack and we all know what a coward she is. FCA is lieing as usual. Who would pay her $1 mil? no one!!! for what, look at my piercings, look at me, look at my dog! Everyone knows the interview won't be worth a s***

Maybe they already committed to interview her, so they have to go forward with it. They can't be happy about Casey coming out of hiding, though. Could be a breach of contract. I guess they don't want anyone else interviewing her either, though. Weird. And Private Elevator Productions so sounds like a group's name!

IIRC that deal was offered when she first got released from jail and word was out that she wanted payment first, interview later, and so there was no deal made. Also IIRC, Private Elevator Productions is the one who sent a copy of his million dollar check as bait.

I have not heard anything further on that deal, only that it was a no-go. To believe that it has now been revived I need to see a new article about it rather than one from July 2011.

Oh had a peek! The original guy is quite annoyed OCA didn't accept his offer it looks like...as in "let's put the kybosh on anyone else making a deal with her...

So...maybe they do have a deal with this guy, with the understanding that the interview cannot happen until KC is off probation. Going with what cyberborg has been posting about how she will be wisked away to another country to avoid payment of her debts and paying taxes on her "earnings" it would make sense that she has a deal that is on hold for now, until she can be relocated. If she does in fact have a contract for an exclusive, she is not free to accept any other offers.

:waitasec: the profile of the lawyer who sent the letter indicates he is a consumer justice attorney....assisting individuals who have suffered injustices at the hands of individuals, large corporations, and insurance companies.

REGARDLESS....there won't be any interviews by OCA until her Appeal is OVER..and who knows when that will happen.
Yet I find it hard to imagine a company would dish out $1million for an interview with a woman how can not speak the truth...and most of what comes out of her mouth is ________________ (add your own adjective)
