Three bodyguards? :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh: Who would pay for 3 bodyguards, especially since "she's holed up" with a preacher's family? I don't doubt that KC told someone she had three guards, cause she's soooo important don't cha know.

If true this validates my sense that KC is not out and about in society and not driving around in a car on the phone in freedom.

I should imagine the isolation, being on probation and homebound together with the reaction of the general public that it feeds KC's fears and paranoia.

KC -only- goes out for special events and is basically a prisoner in her own home.

Her 'friends' feed her need for attention but she probably has many moments she fears them as well as doubts them. Night sweats, irrational fears, over-compensation.

I think that Karma is taking a big old bite out of KC and no matter how much she professes she is happy and things are getting better ... she will never be happy. She made her bed ....

I took it as "she wishes" he was her boyfriend. imo

Every time anyone talks about her having bodyguards it takes me back to the hilarious "threat" on her life with her bodyguards panicking and moving her to a safe location because of the (eviction) note pinned to her door and the threatening email.

I can't help it - it's too funny for words and I start laughing all over again. Maybe they are retired "keystone cops" - :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

The probation is on her stealing not lying to LE. The appeal is for the lying charges. jmo

How the heck are they planning on appealing the stealing? Clearly she did. some of the charges were waived and considering the rest she got off very lightly. Big deal - first offense - that we know of.:maddening:

I never got to read it while I was turning copied around at the stores.

You could just imagine it if Dominic and team were KC's bodyguards...

They can't appeal the stealing because she pleaded guilty. KC is on probation for stealing. Lying to LE was four counts. KC is appealing those four counts and wants them to count as one count only. The appeal is for her lying which she was found guilty. Stealing she plead guilty to. I think I got it....lol

I don't think that it is as much about winning or losing the appeal, IMO.

It is all about delaying tactics thus the continued delays to actually file the appeal. They know that they won't win it.

It is all about delaying all of the civil actions against KC until her probation expires so that KC can disappear to another Country or State and they become moot.

Based on KC's words there is hope that she gets released from probation next month so she can disappear and never be available for any civil law suits since she is gone from Florida and hidden for ... 'security reasons' aka 'gaming the system' even more.

KC will never pay a dime either to the civil law suits, the IRS, the State ... Nada.
