I have to ask, what happened in the Port St. Lucie thread? I was going to check it this morning, and it's under review...

Actually, it's very sad to read.

Your right, in some aspects it is. Although I wonder if many would still be here if it was a guilty verdict. Probably not. I think she should of been found guilty as well, but that's not the case and there really isn't anything to be done about that. Anything that befalls OCA will be of her own undoing, not because people write about her on an internet message forum.

Maybe it's just me or I'm in the minority here but I don't get the uproar about CA being around children. Now hear me out, I don't mean babysitting or having a child or stepchild. I would be concerned for her to be around a child that may take attention from her and that would potential be a repeat but I don't get the concern about her being around children near a school, church, just random children in a neighborhood, etc. Why is there a potential risk there? I really am sincerely asking this question because I see a lot of posts like that and I really do not understand why there is such a concern about that.

The concern isn't just whether or not KC would harm a neighborhood child, but what influence she'd have on them. Also what if the media found out she was there? You wouldn't want your child involved or showing up on the 6:00 news. My children are grown but I really wouldn't want either of them anywhere near a sociopath if I could do anything about it and even more in a position where she may teach them something. When you send your child to Sunday School you shouldn't have to worry about who their teacher may be and what lessons they will learn from her. JMO of course

Not knocking you. Just wondering why all the people that say that they're over "it" keep coming back here to read about "it". Happy to hear that you got past "it" but some of us have a hard time letting go of "it" because NO ONE, NOT ONE PERSON has been (held accountable) in any way, shape or form for the death of Caylee. It's as if she never existed. That's a hard thing to get over. Don't knock us because we care and we're having a harder time getting over "it" as opposed to people that find it easier to let go. To the people who are over "it", stop reading about "it".

I think the reason is pretty simple. How long have people been here for Caylee? How many hours, days have they spent pouring over every document, ping, video, picture, every word that was written or said? How many lives did that one little girl change? Of course peeps are going to be here til' the bitter end. And it will be bitter. She's a train wreck waiting to happen. And no, we can't turn away, because when it finally does happen, it's gonna feel a little bit like justice....and Caylee deserved that.

No kidding. Do some people get a kick out of coming over here and commenting on us being interested in Casey? Why not concentrate on other cases and leave us alone? Besides, Casey is the one who outed herself. She brought this on herself. If she doesn't want to be found, then she needs to shut up, quit releasing videos and pics, and quit acting like some victim, "someone hacked me!", when we all know she did this herself. She can't have it both ways. She can't get the attention she craves then not expect rampant negativity to come her way and disrupt her bella vita life she's having. Sheesh. I'm getting tired of hearing about her myself. I wish she would go away and we'd never hear from her again. But her overconfidence, her remorselessness, her need for attention whatever the cost aggravates me and keeps me coming back here. She may have gotten away with murder, but is she not going to spend the rest of her days basking in the glow of acquittal and profitting from it. She doesn't get to gloat the rest of her life because twelve people were too stupid and weak to do the right thing!

Besides, this is about Caylee. It always has been. She has been forgotten in all of this, and outing Casey at every turn keeps it in Casey's mind that Caylee is not going to be forgotten no matter what Casey does. She be reviled and hated forever for what she did to a innocent, beautiful child she never deserved to have.

I stayed away from this thread from the day of the disgusting verdict until FCA decided to put herself out there with the 'hacked' videos.

I ignored all things CA until now because I think Karma is heading her way. No one paid for that precious little girl's murder, and in fact, I feel CA got special treatment. So maybe it is weak or petty of me, but yeah I want to see her world implode. I want her to know that she got lucky with those 12 jurors but the majority who know this case know what she is and think she is a waste. A huge waste. I shouldn't have to justify my feelings to anyone else.

I don't believe Casey is either of the women that are standing in front of the window but if you will look at the 49-50 second mark, you will see someone walk by the window with very short hair that is pulled into a pony tail. I think this would be Casey.

Is it harder to find out if her computer was hacked if she moves to a new location? I don't know myself, just asking.

Seems to me that there are a lot of ministers in Florida that don't use the title of Reverend or Pastor. jmo

And what could be a healthier response than yours? You're not threatening violence, you're not a raging lunatic-You're simply keeping your eyes on her in the event that 1. She gets hers via some form of Karma or 2. She comes to your community, commits another crime, is near children, or tries to profit on Caylee's blood.
I will drink to that (okay, not this early) and add that if KC has been found and the PSL community roots her out, so be it. May she never rest in peace, as she did not let Caylee leave in peace and I have to wonder if Caylee's soul will ever be at peace, given that the last face she saw was that of her murderous mother.

And it probably won't be confirmed as I'm sure Mason won't let anyone touch Casey's computer to find out for sure if she was hacked. Please. Casey is NOT a victim. She either released those photos herself, or got one of her trusted supporters to release them for her. I don't need definitive proof of that to believe it.

I'll admit that I'm one of those who really thinks we ought to move on. Moving on doesn't diminish my outrage and heartbreak over this tragedy. In fact, I'll always pray for our little Caylee and do my little bit to keep my own neighbourhood a little safer and sweeter.

Moving on is good. Jeff Ashton himself has said that the best thing we can do is ignore KC. Yes, by following her daily dramas we can perhaps help ensure that she doesn't benefit financially etc but ignoring her is the very best way for us to make sure she ends up as an absolute nothing. She loves any attention and I bet she gets some twisted thrill from this overwhelming negative attention.

It's quite unhealthy to go on and on with KC but I always end up here anyways. Can't explain it...

I adore JA, but he says this during his multi-city and TV tour about his book on Caylee's case & OCA trial. Call me crazy, but I don't see that as ignoring OCA.

I think she'll always be fodder for the media - at least for the next few years. Eventually, interest will wain, but it still so raw for so many people. She's done things that people just can't wrap their heads around. It does not make her important like curing cancer or diabetes, it makes her a train wreck type of curiousity - we just can't look away, but don't like to admit that we peeked.

I don't care what she thinks. If she gets her gollies by all the negative attention - so be it. Its her life, not mine, and how miserable and unfifilling it is. She's mocked, scorned and shunned by the masses, and is now reduced to hiding in the backs of cars to escape the truth. She is a monster - she will always be a monster. But, I think she's such a mess, that I don't know if she can understand that she is a monster.

She's a sociopath. She killed her own child. Sociopaths are unpredictable. JMO
