IS just posted that Cheney Mason told them that "no one with authority is attempting to promote Casey Anthony" and JVL asked "What does that mean? Who is CM saying is promoting Casey?"...

I'm going to take an "educated guess" and say there is NO way her MAC laptop was hacked.

Macs are not able to be hacked. She's not offered up her laptop to be analyzed. We'd have heard by now.
She made a complaint to her PO..why didn't the PO take the laptop and have it analyzed if FCA is making such huge accusations?

Ill give you two guesses and the first one doesnt count.

Whe she was chaperoning Casey she put a jacket over her head, a bracelet around her ankle to look like a monitoring device, and made a dash for the car so as to draw media away from Casey.

I think Cheney Mason is referring to those letters from the dirty or whatever website offering to pay FCA for an interview and the one telling the dirty that they had a million dollar contract for the first interview.

Too small a forehead on this woman. Doesn't look like the haircut at all, either. I don't think it's her. I would be more apt to believe the woman with the long dark hair next to this woman to be her. I think she has been wearing short wigs.

Hi Meri, KC does have a small forehead. While watching the trial I realized on early pictures her forehead looked larger. I thought of Bette Davis in that Queen movie she made, they shaved her hair back. I wonder if KC did that. On pics with Caylee her hairline looks to be farther back. Maybe just a (cant think of word) like a mirage. Hey to all, I'd have to turn back 62 yrs. to be 18.!!! WOW :floorlaugh:

I have to go on record and say that I think CM and LF are doing the best they can to represent the client from hell.

Caylee's memorial is the first one I have ever seen where the family had bouncers on duty... it would be more than bizarre if they have them at this church..!

Exactly! Can't get those collection plates full if that mat is pulled up. I'm sorry but I find this so funny. :floorlaugh:. Who does this kind of thing? I guess there's a first for everything.

Especially if reports are true she made an official complaint to her Probation Officer. I guess maybe in over worked and under funded sectors nobody is going to be bothered.

this is Diane Dimond's 'exclusive' interview with Tracy.
Tracy had actually stated the same thing in her interviews with LE and depo but Diane claimed there were revelations in this article that she had not told anyone before.
Tracy and Casey apparently thought their little decoy plan was hilarious!

It was either a slam at her 'boyfriend' or more likely JB?

I would not be surprised if CM does not take a position that JB is/was not authorized to negotiate or verbally agree to any contract deal for KC -- or even KC herself.

It seems that the only person who owns KC and KC interests is CM and, if so, that's part of a deal and reason why he inserted his Law Firm and went in $600+K heavily leveraging LF.

CM wants to reap the rewards of his investment and ownership of 'KC Futures' and CM and LF are going to hold KC to that.
