How terrible for Susan's parents. He has killed their daughter and their grandsons.

I am so sad and PO's. I agree I hope he burns in hell and why did the court allow the children to be taken to his house instead of someplace like at the courthouse if he was arrested in September for voyeurism and child ?

Omg...eat up everyone! You've earned it I guess. Got away with perjury, set FCA free, found a new set of suckers to give you money/support FCA/ free stuff and jobs. Is Caylee even a whisper of a memory to them? A more audacious family does not exist. I wonder why this (non) pastor thinks the world needs to know this, except to rub it in peoples' faces? He knows people following this situation read his tweets. Unbelievable.

I thought it was his father that was arrested, not Josh...Steven, I think his name is. He cussed out the jail personnel when they told him about the explosion & is now on suicide watch from what I heard on the news...

But I do agree that the visits should not have been at his home.

I am still teary over this news. I knew what he was yet I am stunned anyway. I am so sick of the rights of perps infringing on the rights of society, to the point of placing innocent children directly in the path of EVIL.

you are right, according to the link- I got the "psycho-sexual evaluation" test for Josh mixed in with Dad.

The three of them lived with his father, Steven Powell, for a time. But in a bizarre twist, Steven Powell was arrested for voyeurism and child last September. After that, Josh Powell lost custody of his sons and they had been in the care of Susan Powell's parents.

Just last week a Pierce County judge had ruled that Powell's two young sons must remain in the custody of Susan Powell's parents.

Pierce County Superior Court Judge Kathryn J. Nelson also ruled that Josh Powell must undergo a psycho-sexual evaluation and polygraph test before he could regain custody of his sons. But he was allowed two supervised visits a week.

Just heard about this. Again I begin by why do the always have to kill their kids?? Why couldn't they be able to go on with their life. I'm sure it's been hard on them since their mom was missing but I hoped with their grandparents (susans parents) raising them some chance of happiness
