Well, who on tv shall we all sart emailing and posting this on thier facebook as I would love to see Baezs reaction.... remember when Mason said she is watching Hunger Games and the interviewer enlightened him to that being a movie about kids killing kids!

In reply to the South Park episode -- I haven't read the book or even watched the episode, but did Jose write "word-for-word" what would have been a scripted television show that is protected under copyright laws??

Jose, imo, has a legal obligation to properly investigate these claims he is making against George Anthony. If he had done a proper investigation, he would have seen that this was part of a scripted television show and he could very well have just violated copyright laws by publishing this protected work in his book?

I might have to do a little research into who the writer of this particular episode of "South Park" is. Let them decide if Jose, through Casey Anthony, helped him steal someone else's work. Casey really is the gift that keeps on giving. Ha!

I haven't watched any television today, but I really hope that the national media gets a hold of this and runs with it. Casey Anthony steals her "molestation" story from a South Park episode. :floorlaugh: I hope the creators of South Park jump on this so fast! Part of writing a book, when writing about fact, is to make sure your facts are correct... the fact is that Casey Anthony stole someone else's "creative work" and used it as her own and Jose was stupid enough to publish it.

Oh, I would love to see something like this: Jose on a live TV broadcast where they allow call-ins, and said South Park writer calls in and engages Jose in a detailed chat about his "South Park Defense."
