I said that to my daughter last night. JB keeps alluding to George's behavior as a coverup....um if he was acting back then, he deserves an academy award. He was a grandfather madly searching for his "kidnapped" daughter.

JB is projecting. JB, with cindy and the former mother, were carrying on a major cover-up, unlike any seen before. It took a village but they did it.

Baez is offering a 8x10 picture of himself
if you send him a picture of yourself holding up his book

LMAO! If no one wants his stupid book what make's him think they want a picture of him??? I've said it once and I'll say it again no one love's JB more than JB.

Well....lookie here at what I found via someone's twitter page....interesting reading in light of "The Book"

It is from an ABC Interview of Dennis McKenna - Private Eye for the defense.

"I walked out of that house and thought to myself, 'I don't think this kid committed first degree murder. There is something really disturbing about this family. I was shocked by their lack of emotion. There was no sense of loss or despondency. Their granddaughter's remains had just been found and they're sitting around booking television interviews and talking about how much money their foundation is making," McKenna recalls.
...

"George was bizarre. He would go around and around for hours and he wouldn't answer a question directly. And he is a former detective, so he knows the drill. There was something off with this guy," McKenna said.

He shared his instincts with Baez and suggested looking into the family dynamics - and any dark secrets -- of the Anthony family.

"After I read the discovery and George's interviews, I thought, "This guy is way too eager to throw his daughter under the bus."

McKenna's theory of what happened to Caylee Anthony mirrors Baez's court defense of Casey Anthony.

"It was an accident that spun out of control and George disposed of the body, but I can't say exactly how," McKenna said. "If Casey wanted to be free, she would have dropped Caylee in the pool, called 911 and been a grieving mother."

Right....this was the PI who went after all the searchers on the TM teams, wasn't it?.....right......

JB loves himself. He reminds me of our narcissist-in-chief.

I agree Ricki - it's maddening. But I think we give these talking heads too much credit - I wonder if they have read them at all or just skimmed for talking points a few years back and can't remember any of them now. I do not understand why they let JB spew this drivel on and on without challenging him.
Heck...JB doesn't even remember the "facts". After hearing him speak on GVS, I wondered if he did read all of the discovery. I kinda figured that others behind the scene did most of the preparation for trial and just gave JB grunt stuff to do. He may only have prepared the opening and closing statements for all we know. Someone OBVIOUSLY prepared the questions for the scientists. lol

The air sample results came back Aug 27

The incident with GA was caught on the webcam but people could not really see it (just think nowadays we would have a live stream). The umbrella guy shows up on the 29th:

Seems to have started around here:

I'm not sure, LG. I just know that JB spouts in the book over and over again that he is the one that "sleuthed" out the "fact" that FCA had been molested. :floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh: When in actuality, JB has never had an original thought in his fat head.

Oh - you mean the ones he was reading off his phone....:waitasec:

Seriously - I think Baez should be very very careful what he asks for these days - a predict a landslide of "Character Picks" with the book on fire, people holding their nose, people holding the book over an open garbage bin - the list goes on and on and on.....

Oh and let's not forget foks giving baez "the Mason salute'
Can you imagine if we all sent pics holding Jeff Ashton's book?

If Baez's publishers really want to increase sales they should include a free puke bucket with every book purchased.

JB may not remember the facts. Or he may remember but not care. He's counting in most instances on the public not remembering. But in other instances there is documented proof and he still doesn't care, i.e., in either his interviews or his book he makes a statement that Casey said, "oh well, oh well," when what she really said was, "surprise, surprise." It takes a special kind of sleaze to purposely misrepresent something that is ON TAPE for all to see.

It is likely that JB lies through his teeth without fear of consequences more naturally than we originally thought.

Strawberry you and many others such as Anewsjunkie have been so helpful in taking the time and Knowledge to then share with others. Thank so very much!

Now THAT is truly funny!!!

Thanks, but I actually like the idea of sending pictures while holding Ashton's book.

That would make his short hairs stand on end, and I'm all for that!

Other ideas - sending him pictures of his pages lining people's bird cages, under a pile of puppy poop, under a truck tire, or best yet....

HIS BOOK FLOATING IN MY POOL!

The webcam threads are fun to read! I wasn't around here then so it was fun to read them.

ETA: You're welcome!

You do get annoyed but what I am really annoyed with is that he is interviewed and spewing his BS and none of these people really call him out on any of it. I am sure they have read the docs and followed the trial. Why are they not asking the questions that will make him squirm?

A few may have read all the docs and followed the trial like Vinnie, and some of the FL journalists (Kathy Belich, etc.), but I doubt Piers Morgan or the ladies on The View, or some of the other interviewers or talking heads on MSNBC, etc. have a real deep knowledge of the case other than what was widely reported at the time. Even if some had a good knowledge one year ago, what really do they remember regarding the facts? Some may have only skimmed JB's book or read the "salacious" excerpts being reported elsewhere, and that is how they will do their interviews with CURSORY knowledge

It might go: Now JB, I read such-and-such, ask a question, get an answer, no challenge, on to next question, get an answer, "oh wait, did GA really drive a PT cruiser, I thought he drove an 🤬🤬🤬?" (my point is they will NOT CHALLENGE or dig deeper on ANYTHING SUBSTANTIVE or that will make JB look bad on his book promo tour).

I don't expect ANYTHING from any of these interviews in the way of really challenging JB on anything other than a few token non-issue questions here and there. Most of these are tabloid entertainment shows versus hardcore cutting investigative journalists who will ask any hard hitting questions or challeng JB on what he wrote. :moo:

My only hope is that Piers Morgan, who was ridiculed by a lot of people who saw his "impromptu" interview with Cheney Mason about the alleged CA phone interview, and who said on that show something along the lines that he thinks FCA is maturing, maybe she is changing her ways, will maybe try to "save face" and actually ask JB a hard question or two tonight, but I feel like it will be a question JB will know is coming, Piers will alert him prior to the interview, and he will have his pat answer ready.

I expect NOTHING from the ladies on The View except for some idle chit-chat and b.s.

IMO, MOO, etc.

Right....this was the PI who went after all the searchers on the TM teams, wasn't it?.....right......

Jeremy Lyons was the PI involved in the TES mess. He spent some time in the courtroom during the trial, like a proud papa. Here's one of the articles about him:

P.I. Accused Of Witness Tampering In Casey Case

Defense private investigator Jeremy Lyons is being accused by two EquuSearch volunteers of trying to change their testimony about searching the scene where Caylee"s remains were later found. One has already been deposed by the defense and the other has given a statement to investigators.

Lyons was in court recently examining EquuSearch records. He keeps a low public profile, but behind the scenes, he's talking to EquuSearch volunteers who are not happy about it.

I posted my ideas on this before finishing read this thread, and LG I see we have the same ideas about the interviewers/talking heads just skimming the Sunshine and discovery/evidence documents. I also think a few will do these interviews by just skimming JB's book and reading some reviews, and check to see what the other interviews have been like so far, watch some of those videos like the Greta interview, etc. I don't think ANYONE is going to do any substantial digging or re-reading of ANY discovery material or evidentiary documents to interview JB on this book promo tour. But I really wish SOMEONE would !!

IMO, MOO, etc.

I read some 5 star reviews, the book (Baez) seems to be more horrible than I thought. Baez is paraded as a hero against the corrupted system and Casey as this innocent girl who couldn`t have killed her daughter.

This is so twisted but I guess I should not expect anything else in this world.
