He's handling the Charlie Ely appeal up in Marion County. Saw it on the news a few months ago-don't know how it's going.

three extensions since Feb

I. JUST. DON'T UNDERSTAND.THESE.PEOPLE. At the end of the day a precious baby girl was murdered and thrown away like garbage and it appears to be unimportant to any of the IMPORTANT people. Why has no one pursued this case, there was still a murder with tons of evidence to back it up, so with FCA free why are authorities, family, etc not working their butts off to find out the truth, pursue avenues that could bring the truth to light, I know FCA can't be tried again, but what about bringing the truth to light for CAYLEE. She will never rest in peace until the truth is brought to the surface. IMO

How about the "NOBODY knew" how we got her out of there - really, Jose??? Then why did I upload this? Why did I grab my digital camera and record my computer monitor? Note the date and the description I noted really fast when I uploaded it.

Yes, have you sent him an email to tell him he actually has to file an argument to support his reasons for wanting an appeal of the sentence? I'm not sure he knows or "remembers" that part....

Was that not 500 steps back for victims coming from an "officer of the court" or what?

I watched enough of the Joy Behar shows during the trial,and before, to realize she does not believe a word that FCA or JB has said, from the beginning.
So I was more than a little surprised when she sat quietly by this morning, and nodded and agreed with him .... to my mind she was deferring to BW so BW can do one of her maudlin interviews with JB/FCA when the money is right.

Ok I am sorry and do not mean to harp on things but I am appalled that Baez was allowed to compare "IT" to a REAL VICTIM JC DUGGARD. I just finished reading her book(BUY IT SO WORTH IT) and what this poor girl who was a child when her TORTURE started. Some one needs to put an end to this manic and all the carp that keeps flowing from his blow hole. How dare he ever ever ever compare this evil sociopath to a victim of abduction rape torture...I am just beside myself...I hope you can all blow up the View's page for letting these comments go unchallenged

I bet many do toss their copy the minute they get home. Some likely won't even make it that far.

Maybe someone will videotape a cleaning crew emptying the studio's refuse containers piled high with books.

What they need to do, is chloroform the damn book, wrap it in duct tape, drown it in a pool, triple bag it, toss it in a low lying area before a hurricane (swamp) and place a heart shaped sticker on it.

I wish just one person with a brain had been on that panel to ask him which "mental health experts" he was citing - he stated that they told him Casey's behavior was typical of abused person. I would like to know precisely which one said that - I read their reports and saw nothing like that,in fact one went so far as to say he didn't want to be the vector in spreading stories that were not true.

ITA & no they could not go back & charge her with murder, BUT if they went back to square one I believe there would be something there that they could charge her with. Either they just want to wash their hands of all of this or they have been in investigation mode since the NG verdict. I am praying it is the latter.lease: Cause by the looks of things Baez is going to ride this & keep it going as long as they allow him too.
They can't get away with this forever, can they???

Just watched it. Despicable. Filthy. Disrespectful. Both Jose and Barbara. He just beamed when she called him a wonderful attorney.

And...I just saw this comment (posted by a Victoria) on Hal's blog that I believe says it all:
"The red a$$ed baboon has gone to far in his bid to compel sympathy for this heinous obliterator of her own flesh and blood to true victims of unimaginable and ongoing horrors of abuse and deprivation. I am appauled, infuriated and filled with revulsion for that contemptible !!!
