I personally think a collective effort in compiling all the rebuttal information into an easy to navigate WEBSITE so that it is accessible and FREE to all, and would reach a much WIDER audience would have a greater impact than another book!! :woohoo:

Is a tough economy after all.....:maddening:

But I say, "GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT AND NEED!" :rocker:

I say a book could generate profits to be donated to TES. If one has the money to buy JB's trash they would certainly have the money to buy a book that holds the truth.

I don't know - I once spent quite a bit of time around a group of Brazilian young women - and they appeared very "man-pleasing" when a man was around but were just brutal about how men were complete idiots when they weren't..:floorlaugh: never in my life have I seen so manipulation - it was a real eye-opener. :what:

True. What some people say to your face is quite different than what they might say behind your back. Maybe JB is seeing what he wants to see and hearing what he wants to hear but one day it will all blow up in his face. I had not realized she is Brazilian. But even if she isn't she could still be strong in her own right, and as such maybe not as taken in by JB as he believes. Whether or not anything ever went on between KC and JB, who knows. I saw a few things that I as a wife would not have liked, but maybe that's just me.

Wow I read through the Rick/Cindy emails linked upthread (lost track of the exact place - thank you to the poster!). I read them before the trial, but now reading them again knowing everything that transpired I can only come to one conclusion:

The Anthonys are absolutely the most inexplicable, incomprehensible, dysfunctional family there is.

..and I grew up in a pretty crazy family! I have still never seen a group of people so detached from reality, save a schizophrenic ward in a hospital. I've come to terms with the fact that I will never understand how this all went down, because doing so requires some twisted fantasy-logic where people are motivated by shared delusion and willful ignorance.

Again, I say - the Anthony's cruelest punishment for their crime is just being part of that family. :jail:

Caylee was way too good for them.

I absolutely hate it when he starts saying that people dislike him because he is Hispanic. I grow so tried of that excuse. It is quite common here in the Orlando area, and it makes no sense.

I think you are right, but can you imagine how bad things must be if Baez is the "golden ticket" to the US?

I did misunderstand you. But in re-reading, I am not sure how I misunderstood. Anyway, she may be more aware than he thinks she is, and maybe one day she will be fed up with the lies and whatever else JB feels she deserved to endure.

JB has lied in court, written preposterous things in a book and has told mega lies in public venues wherever he appears in the media. And many recipients of JB's lies are supposedly his friends...or at least allies of sorts. So, it is not difficult to imagine him lying to people in his personal life as well, and if his wife is a strong personality she will eventually admit some things to herself if she hasn't already.

No trouble - we are talking about a lot of things here all at once. I used to believe that some women from some countries are more subservient to their husbands, boyfriends, fathers, brothers, etc., that we are here in North America. And in many ways we are because we are more forthright than the other type. We speak our minds whole other cultures try many many different kinds of ways that are more subtle and often more successful.....

The Brazilian girls were shocked I would speak to my husband the way I did - which was "normal" - such as I don't agree - I think it would be better this way, etc. They use a much more circuitous way to get what they want, and in the end I wonder if they actually respect their men less than we do.

In one conversation Zimmerman spoke with an unidentified person who told him that Zimmerman's friend and defender Frank Taaffe said that "he has an interested party" who was willing to pay for his legal defense as long as Jose Baez was co-counsel.

Baez represented Casey Anthony, the Florida woman who was tried and acquitted in the 2008 death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, last summer.

Zimmerman quotes O'Mara as saying, "if you want him to be co-counsel just have him be your counsel because I will excuse myself."

Zimmerman in the recording said, "I told him no, absolutely not." "

Not being unsympathetic of anyone who is a victim of molestation but I do find it odd that this claim is coming out now. And, if they were both children when this allegedly happened I am not sure what legal recourse, if any, this woman has. Statute of limitations may be a factor, depending on what actually occurred. And both being children when it happened is usually quite a different situation than a man molesting a child, in more ways than just legally.

Yes, that is exactly where I was coming from too.I would like to thank Baez for exposing the foolproof suffocation search. It certainly helped me connect the dots on Caylees time of death & exactly who did it. Caylee IMO was killed right after she read that site. Had I been a juror I would have convicted her on that alone. It is very telling.

It seems longer when you add thirty one days to it, but Tony and Casey had only been dating seventeen days when she killed Caylee. Tony says that twice during that time, Casey couldn't stay and had to go home because of Caylee.

I wonder if Cindy told Casey she wasn't going to babysit anymore on Fathers day, and when she didn't answer Casey's call the next day Casey showed her that she is a spiteful *****?

Poor Caylee dead and dumped because Cindy wouldn't answer the phone. That has to be hell knowing that.

Baez, in his opening statement says Casey told him that George said "look at what you've done" while holding a dead Caylee, but I remember another story. Lee told LE that Cindy said"what have you done" when the police were on their way during the 911 calls. Did a light bulb go off in Cindy's head when she heard those words come out of Jose's mouth? Another one of Casey half truths?

The ABC party was May 25, 2008, and IIRC Cindy confronted Casey with the pics from that party not too long afterward. I'm sure Cindy was more reluctant to babysit after that.
