Okay, so KC was talking to Amy on the phone from 1:44pm for 36 minutes.

The cell towers that pinged her phone was the one just northwest of her home. It looks like there were 2 towers, this one and one south of her home that would ping her phone from Hopespring Dr.

So, I think she was still at home when she was talking to Amy. And maybe she was on the computer at the same time. (assuming JB was truthful about the fact that KC was talking to Amy when the search was being done).

Curious if Amy thought Casey was at home when she spoke to her or if she thought Casey was in her car (or some other public location)... and did she hear Caylee? (or George for that matter)

Ok.. I have a question too.. does anyone know what time cindy left for work on the 16th of june.. or what her regular monday hours were.. I know ive seen it in depos.. but cant find right now.. lol..

damn jb for making me look all this stuff up again.. after so long its hard to find..

One of the things i trying to piece together is the morning of the 16th..

I cannot find the actual depo's from the psychiarist yet.. but found this..

So that was part of the pool story ver.1.0

Now here is where it gets really confusing.. smh..
first in the book baez says casey tells him that she wakes up and caylee isnt there.. then goes to find ga and they go on to the whole search and ga finds caylee in pool.. etc etc..
im on a kindle and that is on page3391 on kindle..

Ok.. now in the book kindle page 3504

at about 7 30 am caylee is eatting breakfast with george..
casey was on other side of house on the computer..
from 6 42 to 7 42 then from 9 am till 11 59am

so im trying to figure out phone and messaging and stuff like that to figure out this timeline..
its hard after all this time

Excellent post.
The only searches we heard about were in my words how to knock somebody off. Foolproof suffocation fits perfectly into it IMO. Which imo also explains the duct tape and garbage bags, she wasn't taking any chances that Caylee would survive.

This was 2 days AFTER Caylee was murdered according to Baez, right? If that's the case then she was planning her next kill. CA & GA don't know how lucky they are...... well, so far that is.

Edited to add - My Gosh it was the same day Caylee was killed!!! Does anyone know what time this was searched?

Exactly, I thought the defense had a reciprocal obligation to provide this, if they found it. (Good question for the verified thread!)

So, that is why I think either:
1. The state did find it and it was sealed
or
2. JB forensic guy found it and it was sealed
or
3. The parties agreed to seal it.

The reason being, there was no way to PROVE that GEORGE made the search and that KC had not returned to the home after the time GA thought she left. In addition, the term foolproof suffocation without proof who made the search might have been viewed as too inflammatory? Maybe the state lost this when they did the in camera sessions?? Perhaps the state even agreed thinking certainly the chloroform, neck breaking, etc was plenty??? So why muddy the waters and or give JB something to try to make the jury think it was GA; since without video proof it was harder to prove who made the search.

IT WAS NOT obvious someone was concerned about suicide - it was obvious someone was concerned with MURDER. The irony is rich, indeed again as the blog was anti-suicide.

I can't recall the time but if was after 4:30. I think she was calling to make sure they weren't going out in the yard... I think she had laid poor caylee in the sandbox for a day.

FCA was the aggressor in making most calls to the anthony house. Cindy was not returning calls for the first two weeks.

I am sure ga was describing the activity on Monday, the 9th...NOT Monday, the 16th.

Considering how George attempted suicide- some pills and beer- it doesn`t sound like he`d searched for "foolproof suffocation" or pro-suicide pits.

Yes, she tried to call Cindy (George and Jesse too) and texted with Tony. No phone activity from 04:25pm - 06:31pm. Then around 6.31 she tried to call Cindy again and called Anthony home, 1 minute call. Was Cindy home at that time (George was at work)? So Cindy didn`t answer her cell but answered the phone at the Anthony home?

Exactly. See the pattern? George did it. Casey told me. Plausible if Casey could tell the truth. She can't. And my dog can't talk either!
