You know what I would like to see happen? I would really like to see Dominic from the radio show fly down to JB's book signing, but I don't think he would waste a dime on a flight since he won't waste a nickel to buy the book.. That would be something I might even like to witness and I am afraid to fly.

Re-reading the depos again with the doctors.

Page 56 line 1 & 2: When asked about the felon's medical history, specifically head injuries or LOSS OF CONSCIOUSNESS her reply is negative. Gee, so much for all those "seizures", then, eh?

Same page, line 13: Have you ever had blackouts while drinking- felon says NO. There goes her fairytale of being blacked out and "raped" at a party by some random dude, oops, I mean George, oops I mean Jesse, oops I mean bachelor #3, Jim!

Page 61, line 2: The felon doesn't EVEN register on the scale for having PTSD, according to the Dr! She's not on the regular chart, and she's not even on the specialty SUB-CHART for people who have experienced trauma but are attempting to be defensive (in other words: stiff upper lip) about it! Bozo talking out his arse AGAIN on claims of the felon having PTSD for all the years of "abuse" she suffered at the hands of her father & brother!

Lots of talk from the doctor about how pleasant & upbeat the felon is, while rotting away in jail. He says many times how puzzling this is to him. Well I have an answer for that- it reminds me of something I read once- I believe it was said by a minister or a clergy member who works with prison inmates and counsels them before their death sentence. To sum it up, the only prisoners who sleep soundly at night in jail are the guilty ones. Anyone who is innocent doesn't rest one second in jail, they are so consumed by proving their innocence, they rail and thrash about in their beds at night, they can't eat properly or concentrate.

They don't exactly sit around all day, reading magazines, and go over a shopping list of what goodies they can order from the commissary this week, squealing with glee over the availability of Cheetos and licorice.

Imagine the knowledge he gleaned (cough, cough, NOT!) from his work on the case. I imagine this might be his list for "How to win a case without really trying"
1. Always say good morning to the jury. They may be stupid enough to think you are sincere and are not doing it for self serving purposes
2. Butcher paper and sharpies in as many colors as possible are guaranteed jury pleasers! They will out dazzle any well planned out power point presentation
3. So glad I was never such a grate spellir. This had those Pinellas jurers eating out of my hands. It is iornic that the prosecutors and their fancy high class, properly spelled exhibits paled in comparison to mine. I think the jurers couldn't spell either and this made them feel sorry for me
4. Remember how Columbo always played dumb? That was a great show. I wasn't really playing but I think I sometimes came off just like Columbo. I even asked Perry to let me wear a trench coat in court but he said no.
Seriously, the fact that he looked like he was teaching me how to do law was so helpful because my friends the jurers felt even more sorry for me. They were rooting for the underdog!
5. Note that the last four instructions will only work if you have a jury with no inkling to apply reason or logic to their verdict. They have to care more about desserts, pretzels, smoke breaks (be sure to call them "special" breaks), hockey games, movies, and getting home for the 4th of July. If you are lucky enough to find that jury, then by golly it doesn't matter how guilty your client is, they will acquit!

I LOVED Columbo!!

I loved how he told him "Get yourself a nice suit because you are going to rot in hell!" can't help but giggle any time I think of it!!!!

Page 71, lines 12-23: The doctor's notes state that she actually accuses Lee of doing "everything to the tenth degree" to her, at the age of 8. (every variety of sexual abuse you can imagine.) She also tells the doctor about GA, but how did they just end up focused on him, and not Lee as much? According to this depo, it reads like Lee was worse.

It is also very telling to re-read just how terribly conflicted and ethically troubled the doctor was about having to say all of this, knowing it would get out there in the media, when in his professional opinion, he doubts it ever happened. The man is in ethical AGONY. He says he hasn't been able to sleep, has lost weight himself thinking over this incredible burden- having to share this fantasy garbage with everyone.

It is very, very powerful to read.

What was the name of Tony L's room-mates girlfriend? The one that was worried about Caylee being on the balcony by herself while Tony and Casey were in the bedroom? She testified at the trial about her feelings of Casey's "parenting".

On Amazon there is the kat that claims everyone spoke at trial about what a great mother Casey was. And yet there was at least one witness that did not.

That hold interview was a hoot. JB was so frustrated. Too bad. I hope he gets more of the same.

:yourock:

Contrats on trying to keep up with them. I've been reading over there and they have my head spinning. Bringing up a lot of old anger!! :maddening:

I have been tempted to post but not sure I have enough facts straight.

As far as going out to buy a saw at 3 am, why did the funeral home not have a decent saw? My hubby does plumbing in funeral home embalming rooms and he said they have all the equiptment at hand and they dont' buy saws at Walmart. Does anyone know what funeral home this was? although I guess that doesn't matter since this is JB we're talking about.

Left Coaster if you like to bait them, why not bring up the DCFS report :please: That report said fca and only fca was responsible for what happened to Caylee. I can't find a link to the original copy but I believe they said she was at the very least negligent...and a few other things. And fca would be on their radar if she had children. The trolls there don't seem to like to go to links so I would copy and paste a few things from the report.

And finally why did JB find it necessary to state in his book that the jury's verdict was legitimate. Casey didn't have the money to pay them off (Ga, Ca and a couple other people I can think of had the money) :banghead: Just the fact that he had to bring that in sounds fishy to me. Plus the fact of him dancing in the hall before the verdict was read :maddening:

One more thing......does anyone know if an expert ever looked at the photo of Caylee at the sliding glass door. I remember the discussion at the time and how it looked photo shopped. Her arm looked totally wrong.

I have been dinging stars and if I ever feel in control over there I will post a review. Negative of course!!

---------------

I wish someone from the funeral home would read the book. Those simpletons (not f.h.) cant accept even now when its over IT WASNT NECESSARY TO OPEN HER SKULL !! Turn it upside down and LOOK!!!! silt came out easily and had been through forensics. What a bunch of LOONEY TUNES!!:banghead: :what:

I should have noted in my earlier post about wanting to see the photographic proof of drowning that I was being sarcastic.

I typed it right after I heard JB say on the radio interview that he had "evidence of a drowning" and "a picture" that "proves" drowning. My bad., sorry...I get feisty whenever I hear someone say something incredibly stupid.

If you are talking to me - I was replying to Whisperer - I just assumed you were being sarcastic...:blowkiss:

Someone mentioned her name a few days ago - I think either okiedokie or Intermezzo - the one who said FCA shut Caylee out on the balcony when she was in the bedroom with Tony and wouldn't help her put her shoes on. Darn, was it Cathy? I can't remember...:waitasec:

I don't think Spitz has ever heard of a fibreoptic lense that can be inserted into small places and magnifies what it sees. Gosh it's a modern invention after his time - maybe 20 years ago? :banghead:

I thought he was just one of those people who is a bit of a social misfit and acted badly wanting the protesters to go away and give the family some privacy.

Did you notice that under book availability it says "special order?". Lolol! The venue isn't even stocking his sham of a book? Lolol! I guess it's Bring Your Own Book signing! Come on Floridian WS get out and show Mr. Iornic what we think of him!!!!

You probably have to buy one in another room and have a receipt in hand before they let you see him. LOL

It would be funny if no one bought one just walked up to the table acting like you expected to buy one there then just turn and walk away laughing.
