Fake reviews!
If you look at the number of people who find this review 'helpful' (agree with it) there are very few.
If you read these glowing reviews and then look at book sales (39 yesterday) across the WHOLE OF THE US - logic tells you they are phoney....

Maybe if someone is bored today, they could copy and paste the link showing JB posting under fake name link on every 5*.

Keep voting everyone. If you haven't voted, go do so. Your name or info will NOT show to say you found a review helpful or not helpful.

Logical-- me thinks that was done to pi$$ you off, using your name. My goodness, this is 5th grade all over again, isn't it?

I agree, I also believe a defendent should take the stand. If you're innocent get up there and speak/defend yourself! If repeat offenders had all their prior acts told maybe there wouldn't be so many repeat offenders on the streets.

Yes. If you thought that a court has anything to do with justice you were in for a severe disappointment.

You are so right. What ever happened to THE TRUTH, THE WHOLE TRUTH, NOTHING BUT THE TRUTH ??????????????????

Without getting too down and dirty...I would assume that "chaperone" could have actually be the third leg in a .... nevermind.

My opinion on the book? It's reached it's peak. People who want to read it will have done so. Period. He ain't Channing Tatum.... (sorry...just can't get over that hunk-a-roo)

ETA: Yikes I read this post after posting...and looks like my mind is strictly in the gutter today.

It's because you did that combo on the book with 50 shades of grey! LOL JK, JK

So if GA and CA drove to the tow yard in separate cars, and GA drove FCA's car home, and then GA and CA went to work, when did GA get his car back from the Tow yard? This is NOT an easy read! Well for me it isn't.

Girl...I was just going to post that I have had enough on the book of 50 shades of lies. I think I will switch to shades of gray for awhile!

You sure about that? LMAO - one of the posters on my review said I am a man. They also 'know' I am not an attorney, but 'close' to the prosecution and other such ASSumptions.

I've read as far as the arrest and the unarrest, I need a break. I wonder about the part where she was put in hand cuffs and placed in the car, is it true she should have been read her rights? Does anyone know if this is true? thanks :-)

I really don't know. I always ASSumed you were a man, until somebody called you a girl here at WS. So I just went with it!!! But you do have a fluffy frou-frou dog as your avatar...so..............:floorlaugh::floorlaugh:

i noticed you did and they did and i was personally offended at the use of the word "logical".....:maddening:
Maybe we should start thinking up key words for them - like .....hmmm
and i know that word garage is really just another way of saying garbage....

dreck

Oh it gets even more confusing. My DD kept a notebook to keep up with all of the inconsistencies. From Chapter to Chapter even.

And yes, she was place in the cop car. It was the source of a very heated motion argued in court during the trial. I think it was one of the many motions to dismiss??? by the defense. Had to do with her not receiving Miranda warnings, and once she was under arrest everything that occurred after that poing (her written statements to LEO) should not be admitted.

They didn't win that argument.

Well that was interesting. Did JB really teach a class at Harvard???? I thought CA went to Universal to track down FCA so she could see baby Caylee, I don't remember her going there because Juliette Lewis was going to speak at a fund raiser??? I'm seriously thinking of buying this book, or at least going to B&N and reading it. It seems like every time JB speaks there are new lies. I guess I just want to read the lies and compare them to the truth. I don't know, how much is this book? Maybe I should just spend the money on fabric LOL

I just had a thought, I wonder if JB quit being FCA's attorney because he was tried of her acting like a two year old and not because he was tired of the media calling him while he "was teaching at Harvard"

Hold on to your dime! Actually gram I do remember CA tesifying that when Caylee was younger KC had made plans to pick Julliet & I think Jeffery at Universal & bring them home to the Anthonys for supper. CA had went to all this trouble making a nice meal & then her & KC went to pick them up at universal.
IMO KC used her 2 friends to get out of the house that day & CA was the one that made all the plans to keep KC home.

If I recall correctly, at one point they said the handcuffs went on and then was taken right off as she wasn't under arrest. Remember, Cindy had called about a stolen car, so, they were going to arrest her for that, that's when the handcuffs went on, but then determined after speaking more to Cindy that her missing granddaughter was the bigger issue that needed to be resolved. So, the handcuffs came off. Casey wasn't being questioned as a suspect. She was taking them to (her job) at Universal to get them info off of her phone or email account through work on the (so called) Zanny-Nanny. As far as I can tell they did everything correctly. They didn't have to read her, her rights because she wasn't under arrest at that time. They were trying to gather as much info as possible in locating Zanny the kidnapper and time was of the essence being that Casey had already let 31 days pass without telling anyone that anything was amiss where Caylee was concerned.

Everything in your post sounds about right to me. What I wonder.....who (if anyone) chaperoned the felon and her attorney, after that "hot bod" had been locked up for 3 years with no male contact. IYKWIM?

ewwww

Yes, that was my whole point in a backwards-kind-of-way, hahahaha, was it just THOSE TWO??

With the flirting we witnessed from her with him in court, on camera, every day, can you IMAGINE the amount of the eyebrows wiggling with the wide eyes? and the "come hither" fingers?? who knows what else, if you know what we BOTH mean :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

ewwwww is right !!!!

IMO, MOO, etc.

CA & GA went in Ca's car. CA left to go home & GA drove the stink mobile home with the windows cracked open as far as he could. It was raining that day so he couldn't open all the windows. Said he couldn't breathe it was so bad.
CA was home waiting & sent GA to work.

This issue is actually one of the bases for her up-coming appeal, that she was not read her Miranda rights when she was placed in handcuffs, placed in the back of the police car by I think the first officer on the scene, and then when Yuri or another officer came by and they got the kidnapping story, they got her out and removed them. My impression is this was early on the night of the 16th, before she even wrote her statement out? Then she was taken to Universal hours later, but I think her DT is saying that since she was "arrested" in the handcuffs, she should have been Mirandized, and ANYTHING she stated or wrote after that should not have been allowed into court as evidence due to that fact, including the whole Universal interview.

There was a hearing as another poster stated, I remember all of the officers on the stand explaining what happened when they first arrived, CA said the car was stolen, then I think she told the officers also about a stolen credit card or something, wasn't she getting them the credit card receipts? and then "Oh, by the way, maybe we should mention our granddaughter is also missing". :banghead:

There was a hearing and JP said everything was procedurally correct, all of her statements that night/next day, etc., were admitted into evidence, so I am wondering how that hearing and JP's ruling will affect the appeal? I guess we'll see soon.
