Yes, that was my whole point in a backwards-kind-of-way, hahahaha, was it just THOSE TWO??

With the flirting we witnessed from her with him in court, on camera, every day, can you IMAGINE the amount of the eyebrows wiggling with the wide eyes? and the "come hither" fingers?? who knows what else, if you know what we BOTH mean :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh: :floorlaugh:

ewwwww is right !!!!

IMO, MOO, etc.

I thought she was going to jump in his lap the day of her sentencing right there in the courtroom. with her hair flowing and that seductive smile and goo goo eyes. I almost upchucked

Did Jose happen to mention exactly what time of day this drowning/George presenting dead Caylee to Casey incident occured? As in, where does it fit in this timeline of June 16? Casey was supposed to have been in a deep sleep before George came in, right?

12:54 am Casey finishes up an 80-minute phone call with Tony
1:05-1:54 am Casey texting back and forth with Tony
3:08-3:22 am Casey on the phone with Tony
7:54 am Someone calls Casey's phone from the house landline-goes to voicemail
7:56-8:06 am Casey happily IM'ing/flirting with Alex (sorry JB, not buying that this was George--see transcript a couple of posts up), so I assume the "incident" was after this.

8:45 am Casey texts Tony
<No time for a deep sleep here, IMO>

11:47 am-12:06 pm Casey on the phone with Tony
12:55 pm Casey exchanges texts with Tony
1:00-1:14 pm Casey on the phone with Tony
1:26 pm Casey exchanges texts with Jesse
1:44-2:20 pm Casey on the phone with Amy
2:52-3:04 pm Casey on the phone with Jesse

George was at work by 3:00 pm, and tried to call Casey from his cell phone at 3:04 pm, so I guess the "incident" must have happened before that.

Just was told he's bragging on his FB page that he made the New York Times Best Seller list.

Note: Rielle Hunter's book did that too - then it bombed.

Im sure no matter how the book does baez will spin it as a success...he lives in another reality just like his client.

How in the world was he able to make the bestsellers list with his dysmal sales? Was that the hour Babs bought all those books for her audience?

He may make a record... The only book on the bestsellers list with under a 3 star rating. :woohoo:

Thanks for the link! Link on that page.....

led me to this page....

http://www.benbellabooks.com/authors.php

Which led me to this page....

http://www.benbellabooks.com/media/Entrepreneurial-Deal.pdf

A Entrepreneurial Deal works as follows. The author receives half of the first $100K in Gross Profits and two-thirds of all additional Gross Profits. Gross Profits are total revenues less distribution costs, printing costs, and co-op fees. In essence, Gross Profits are the marginal profits on sales of the book, and don’t include any prepress costs, marketing costs, overhead, etc.

Which I believe probably had Baez thinking he hit the lottery...AND could actually get someone to agree to publish his book...

How much better is this deal than typical royalties?

The short answer is much better, if the book is successful. Here is one scenario:
50,000 hardcover trade sales
25,000 hardcover direct sales
25,000 hardcover special sales
100,000 paperback trade sales
Major Platform Deal Royalties: $1,003,450
Typical Royalties: $406,894

But don't think he is gonna make those sales!!!
But is he the "author"? (lol)

So...I haven't read this "book," but is it true that JB says that this IM conversation was GEORGE's conversation, not Casey's??? I guess George was using the name "casey o marie" and chatting with Casey's friend Alex??

AZ...can't you send this to Jose? :)

WOW. That long rant review is, IMO, an honest one. I didn't read it word for word because it really is a rant but from what I read of it the gist is the reviewer was somewhat sympatheric to Casey during investigation/trial, believing it was some kind of accident and the duct tape was part of staging.

But now that she has read the book, she is thinking her assessment has been wrong...that maybe it was a murder and the duct tape was not about staging but in fact, suffocating. The reviewer says flat out she does not believe George had anything to do with anything asserted or inferred in Baez's book, and that in her mind Baez has unknowingly implicated Casey rather than clear her.

LOL. Maybe Baez's book will turn a few Casey supporters into truth-seekers, finally.

I wouldn't worry too much about those 5* reviews. No one believes them and certainly no one is buying the book based on those doofuses

2.5 out of 5 stars (306 customer reviews) take away the fake reviews for a true rating.:floorlaugh:

There is another recent 5 star review where the reviewer calls Jeff a 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 several times. Seems like JB's followers have his mentality.

AZ...can't you send this to Jose? :)
Better yet, do we not have an infamous tweeter among us who sends tweets to Hal so it appears in his blog? That would bea much better and widespread way to let Baez know another falicy and more lies. I think Hal is having a fun time with this!

Thank you Left Coaster. I am really P.O.'d at him!! I said before my great nephew Robby has tourettes. Thank God it is lessening as he gets older. He has something else Baez doesnt have, brains, compassion for others, a belief in God and intelligence. This is sickening. May Baez get his just reward for his evil mouth!!!:maddening:

While he's calling names, he should be calling Cheney Mason Old Alzheimer guy... closer to the truth

OK, here's a description of JB's timeline for June 16 from http://www.thedailybeast.com/articles/2012/07/06/speed-read-presumed-guilty-casey-anthony-the-inside-story.html:

“‘Where the hell is Caylee? Where the hell is Caylee?’” Casey awoke early on the morning of June 16, 2008, to her father’s frantic voice, Baez writes. “Caylee usually slept in my bed, but on this morning I was alone,” Casey told Baez. They searched the house and the garage, and Casey noticed that the pool ladder was still attached. Then she saw her father carrying Caylee. “I could see Caylee was dripping wet. I could tell she was dead,” she continued, according to Baez. “My father started yelling at me, ‘It’s all your fault. Look what you’ve done. You weren’t watching her. You’re going to go to ****ing jail for child neglect…It’s all your fault.” Baez writes that George told her not to tell anyone what had happened, especially her mother, and that he’d take care of everything. When her father went to work that morning, Casey tried to call her mother at work, but she didn’t pick up. Phone records revealed she tried to call her mother six times in four minutes. But when she didn’t answer, Casey just “went to Tony’s house and acted like it never happened,” Baez writes.

And here's the timeline we know about (I added the photo upload from Fusion at 9:27 am):

12:54 am Casey finishes up an 80-minute phone call with Tony
1:05-1:54 am Casey texting back and forth with Tony
3:08-3:22 am Casey on the phone with Tony

7:54 am Someone calls Casey's phone from the house landline-goes to voicemail
7:56-8:06 am Casey happily IM'ing/flirting with Alex
8:45 am Casey texts Tony
9:27 am Casey uploads Fusion photo

11:47 am-12:06 pm Casey on the phone with Tony
12:55 pm Casey exchanges texts with Tony
1:00-1:14 pm Casey on the phone with Tony
1:26 pm Casey exchanges texts with Jesse
1:44-2:20 pm Casey on the phone with Amy
2:52-3:04 pm Casey on the phone with Jesse

(None of these people report that Casey is distraught.)

3:00 pm or a little earlier - George is at work
3:04 pm - George tries to call both Casey and the house landline

4:10-4:14 pm Casey tries to call Cindy at work and on her cell--at the end, she is on the line with someone at Cindy's office (or on Cindy's work voicemail) for about a minute and a half. Then she leaves for Tony's house. On the way, she calls Tony and Jesse, and tries her mom's cell again.

For some reason, it takes her about an hour and a half to drive the short distance to Tony's apartment.

At 6:30, near Tony's apartment, she tries again to call Cindy, on her cell and at home, three times. Then she checks a voicemail that had arrived sometime before 6 pm (maybe from Cindy??)

At 7:06 pm, she leaves a message or talks to someone briefly at the Anthony house (George was still at work), then calls Amy, then has her "Blockbuster movie night date" with Tony.

----------------------

So when does JB say all this happened, again? And why did Casey try again to call Cindy multiple times around 6:30 if she was pretending nothing ever happened?

And why did it take her an hour and a half to drive to Tony's?

JB, are you reading this? Can you help me out here?

Great idea (but I don't "tweet")!!!!!!!!!! Oh, Strawberry, where are you?!!!!

I don't know who this "tweeter" is, but it sounds like a great idea to me.

While searching for the documents released to prove that Jose lied in his book I found the following link. I don't think that it is even half of the documents but I will continue looking for the others as well.

So are we to assume the "multiple" phone calls that occurred during the afternoon are the calls that Baez is speaking of?
(BTW, Jose...George didn't leave for work in the morning!!)
I'm not getting Jose's story...IT JUST DOES NOT FIT!!!
