When does Casey Anthony’s probation end?

I believe RH...I think the bs about August and September is to buy her time to get her outta here to some other Country *I hope*.

BBM Does the Florida Department of Corrections say this about all felons getting ready to be released or is FCA getting special treatment again? Is this normal procedure or a matter of public record? Are they trying to protect her once more?

I guess,once released, she has no choice but to go into a witness...oops scratch that, felon protection program or either that or a nunnery.

And you know what, I don't mean that as a joke. I think a private, even cloistered nunnery where she would be required to live a minimalist life style of service and solitude surrounded by religious women, who by their vows are there to serve "the lease of our brothers/sisters" and prayerfully tolerate this sinner, this taker of life. I believe that is her only chance at somewhat of a safe, meaningful life, given what she did.

I had to step into the fray and tell PG how pathetic I thought it was for him to 5-star review his own book. I compared his sad little attempt to Joe McGinniss' book "Fatal Vision", the brilliant author hired by McDonald to write his story. McGinniss did his research and realized his little psychopath was a liar and wrote the definitive book on his horrible crimes against his wife and daughters.

Ok.. I know part of this has been mentioned before..
but i went back to read more and found this..

I swear this book will be the death of me ..

so im at the part of the book where he is talking about.. when
Werner Spitz, came down on christmas eve... he got in a 1 am..
they went to the funeral home and first spitz tried to saw poor caylees
skull with rusty old saw that wouldnt saw...

So jose and someone name Pat go to walmart at 3am... on christmas eve..

He then talks about how a bus of mentally challenged people came in to shop..
and how a lady with downs syndrome was following him around yelling Baez
Baez..

Am in nutz here.. first off who would try to saw a poor babys skull with a rusty old saw and what Home for mentally challenged drops off thier passagers at 3 am in the morning at walmart..

I tell you.. im gonna open some wine and drink while i read more..this is nutz..

It's all baloney. A visiting Pathologist arrives without any instruments? Really - does he think an ordinary funeral home does autopsies?
He's even more of a doofus than we saw in court..

If you'll remember right JB couldn't even get the drowning straight in opening statements when he blundered and said something like 'it was in the morning, no afternoon and no it was morning'.

YES! You could see him struggling - "OMG which time did we agree on was going to be the best?"...... he is so transparent.

Yes, and approximately what time was it that Casey awoke from that "hard sleep," suspiciously all groggy and such? How can that be worked into his crack timeline?

I mean, one would presume that the preceding interval of deep sleep itself would have to be in there somewhere, too, right? Not just the dramatic moment of awakening, with George barking at her about Caylee having disappeared, immediately followed by the mad search, the 'discovery,' the "cried and cried and cried," and then back onto the bed for the fetal position?

Texting, talking on the phone, and Facebooking all the while, right?

What a crock it all is, IMO. :twocents:

P.S. The previously-discussed activity gap in FCA's phone/computer records that day might be explained by her grabbing a shower. JMO

I do remember reading them asking TL (I think it was) some of these type questions - but I would have to go back and find that police interview to see if this is exaggerated or not. I don't think I remember this type of questioning of anyone else, but I could be mistaken. I remember at the time I read it thinking, the poor guy but understanding they were trying to get a feel for her state of mind. But, I will yield to someone who wants to fill in better or find that interview!

Jose's fairy tale is giving me a major headache...especially his recounting of events for June 16th. Does he discuss any of Casey's behavior/events prior to Caylee's death?
And for the life of me, I can't remember what Casey was doing on June 15th...before she came home in the early evening. Anybody remember?

Well certainly any day now, we will see a lawsuit from KC suing GA for wrongful death, implicating her in a crime, unlawful disposal of a corpse and molestation.......right?

FCA will steal from anyone literally, verbally and physically. There has NEVER been an original thought come out of her. Everything written and expressed was used first by someone else. I forgot where her "Everyone Lies; everyone dies" work, used on her mother, came from but it wasn't her. If we go back in time, we will see her dark writings and what she really likes to watch on tv...which is killing. I think she listed American Psycho as a favorite...yea, she's a real piece of work.

I would think she would watch South Park often. ( I like it too, but not when they cross the line). She would steal from that, for sure. If anyone in that household did any molesting, my money is FCa as the aggressor. yep, I put nothing past her. She watches tons of movies and copies lines from them. I don't watch the psycho movies so I won't catch her future burst of literary comments...lol. She is watching and reading the "Hunger Games". There has to be some writing in there she can use.

Casey liked the Survivor series and claimed she'd be the winner. I never watched it, but is there something from it that Casey borrowed?


Someone needs to go talk with Casey's "friends" about movies and TV shows they watched with her.

I bet it will get interesting.

I dont remember anything about the 15th. Im reading the chapter on the shrinks now.. Gawd if i thought the timeline on the 16th chapter was bad.. this one is just as horid if not worse....
I seriously am begining to worry if jose is paranoid among other mental problems..

If he doesnt like anyone's answer he feels they are lying or hiding things or out to get him and casey..

I think Baez suffers from the Napolean complex. And, I say that with all seriousness.

It seems to me he is one of those people that are so insecure about themselves deep inside that they have to belittle everyone else and brag about themselves to make them feel better.

in the book.. he
put down JA with names.. rat hands and tourettes boy
put down mark nejames about his height and said he looked like woman
put down sheriff Beary? about crying when caylees remains were found and kept talking about how much he weighed.

and quite a few other people..

oo and never accepts responsibility for anything.. its always everyone else fault. even not getting admitted to the fla. bar for 8 years was thier fault.. he feels he did nothing wrong.

I read your post and I admired it I don't have the heart to post over there but I'm very grateful to those who do. Props also to A News Junkie for your response to PG. Well done!
