Are you seriously asking that question? The computer information was something "he discovered" after the trial was over...so would this have been while he was in New York? Or when he was reforming his law firm? Or? Couldn't have been during the appeal process since Mason is handling that and says that Baez's job ended the same day as the verdict came in.

Oh of course! It popped up during the" research" for his book. And since he hadn't read the docs before the trial - he didn't know FCA had a AOL account....:banghead: :ignore:

YES, I was seriously asking that question since I have not read the book.
No, I did not read or hear that he discovered that info after the trial was over.

Ive not read that part in the book either.. im not sure when he discoverd it..
but seems odd it would have been after.

Jose was given all of the information that was going to be used at trial, even information that wasn't. It was not up to the state to prepare his case for him. If there was anything that he wanted checked out, it was his responsibility. However, this is the <modsnip> that decided to come into court unprepared for his clients indigent hearing. No papers of any kind. No clear, straightforward answers, nothing. Of course he didn't find out the information about the computer usuage on the day Caylee died, unless it was already prepared for him.

MOO

LMAO.. BBM. This is one of the most see through tricks (from the outside looking in) that Casey has in her arsenal of con weapons. Just from what we have heard from others.. Cookie was her soul sister and Amy was her BFF.. Tony was her only true love.... and Jose is her godfather. She operates by giving lavish compliments and making one think they are incredibly special to her. One of the best con games ever.. tried, true and usually successful (at least for a while)... THAT is how she gets folks to do what she wants and to let her off the hook when she screws them over. I have no doubt the church folks came in for their share of "specialness" from her. We all get taken in from that junk at first .. because each and every one of us knows we ARE special. Its beyond flattering when others recognize it as well.

just another example of Casey playing someone to benefit herself.
pat

She called Amy and others Love, except when she was calling RM jerkface and stupid head.

Calling them love gives the impression of caring and concern for them. Casey also claimed to be the mother of the group, taking care of others, giving flippant advice while using them.

Casey moved on Tony L. like he was a dream come true. He was a good looking young man on his own, going to school and had a cool job at a nightclub with an up and coming career. Casey started playing house and being house mom pretty quick. A maid that bought groceries, cooked and cleaned and serviced the master at night. She wasn't welcome at Tony's apartment while he was gone. Tony L said Casey was was moving to fast for him. Casey doesn't have much staying power with guys does she?

Who thinks Casey used something on Amy and stole her money for the PR trip while she slept? Then told Amy she'd slept-walked during the night?

What happened in Casey's life in June 2003 for her to write that she completely trusted her own judgement and didn't regret her decision, was a little bit worried and hoped the end justified the means, was surrounding her self with new friends, that she was the happiest she'd been in a long time and hoped that it would continue to grow? I see nothing even close in 2003, but I do in June 2008. I think Casey penned it in June 2008. Every thing she wrote was happening in her life right then.

Casey reminds me of Jim Cary in The Cable Guy. She got her values from make believe on the boob tube.

Actually.. she was on the computer (this according to Beaz book, Not sure if the actual puter records back this)

the following is snipped from JB's book..

Thank you!!!! Hurry quick, someone let JB know that there is only one time in that whole day that she was quiet for over 2 hours I believe. Right after her frantic angry calls to CA looking for a babysitter no doubt. GA was long gone by this time. There is no way, no how that GA was involved in this. The proof is all there. IMO Caylee was killed on this day, because as soon as KC killed her she ran. There is no way she sat home all day on the 16th with GA there & no Caylee.

Bold 1: At 17? Don't ya have to be 18 to be in the military?
Bold 2: I've heard of Greased Lighting but am unable to remember what it is. Anyone?
Bold 3: EYEROLL
Bold 4: I don't like Nancy Grace but his immaturity and snarky behavior's repulse me.
Bold 5: He think's he's a Saint or something as he does claim that CFCA asked him to be her Godfather. I really don't have to much of a doubt that she asked him that but he has to have something in that book that tries to make him look good. Sorry JB. Big Fail!

1. I thought 18yrs old as well...and don't you need to be a high school graduate too?
Here's what his (ugh) Wiki says
"Baez dropped out of Homestead High School in the Ninth grade, got married and became a father at the age of 17. After he earned his GED diploma, he joined the U.S. Navy in 1986."

2. Greased Lightning is a cleaning product.

3. Ditto with the EyeRoll..

4. Agreed.

5. Godfather??????Whatever OCA..

If I remember correctly he said it on The View.

Jose's fairy tale is giving me a major headache...especially his recounting of events for June 16th. Does he discuss any of Casey's behavior/events prior to Caylee's death?
And for the life of me, I can't remember what Casey was doing on June 15th...before she came home in the early evening. Anybody remember?

O yeah.. its surely at book you need asprin for..
I dont remember anything about the 15th. Im reading the chapter on the shrinks now.. Gawd if i thought the timeline on the 16th chapter was bad.. this one is just as horid if not worse....
I seriously am begining to worry if jose is paranoid among other mental problems..

If he doesnt like anyone's answer he feels they are lying or hiding things or out to get him and casey..
\

She was with Tony L.....iirc she spent the day with him.

He discovered it during a post-trial discussion with the head reference librarian at the Caseyland National Library.

It's all baloney. A visiting Pathologist arrives without any instruments? Really - does he think an ordinary funeral home does autopsies?
He's even more of a doofus than we saw in court..

Don't you remember that either Jeff or Linda asked him if he wore gloves during the "Autopsy" and if it was true he had cracked her skull?

ok.. at one point He writes this...

“

Then..

But then again he says.. a few pages later..

and..

*all of the above quotes are quoted for the purpose of reviewing this book.....

So.. to me neither of these fit the time line we know.. .. This book is crazy making.

He also says.. this
Casey said that after George went to work later in the afternoon, she remembered he called her on her cell phone and told her, “I took care of everything.” And again he warned her not to tell her mother.

Well ive read the cell phone reports and yes George did try to call her.. but in the docs.. it states that call was un answered by casey.

He actually has 2 different stories as to what happened that morning?? Are you kidding me? How can his lover fans not see through this crap?

Ive been reading their reviews .. singing.. If they only had a brain...
like the wizzard of oz song..

come to think of it.. Jose likes to nic name people so much.. ..
Ill have to think of a nick name from wizard of oz to name him.. as i sing..

So I've been doing marathon bakiing with my daughter and dinner with my BFF who is about to move half way across the darn country and just came back on to catch up with the comments.

I was glad to see the poster include a post by Bond and JWG about the big fight with Cindy because it has been running through my mind all day that while we have been thinking that FCA was calling CA at work to ask her to babysit, it strikes me as a odd thing to do if they'd had a knock down drag out fight the night before - when CA supposively choked FCA. The more I think about it the more unlikely I think that's why she was calling.

I wonder more if what she was calling her about was to tell her she'd been called out of town to do an event and that Caylee was with the Nanny and she wouldn't have to worry about her for a week or so....
just been bugging me.....and why are we trying to make JB's crazy lying timeline fit into any kind of logical reality timeline? You can't ever make sense of "crazy" y'know......

Wow - JB gained a point in ratings today - 241/9....tomorrow is another dropping day. How high's the water Jose? I said it's six feet high and rising! Hope you've got a boat cause you're going to need one when Amazon pulls the plug....

I'm pretty sure she was at Tony's place & came home when CA & Caylee were already in the pool.

Greased Lighting is also a roller coaster ride and a song.

Actually, the original phone records from AT&T show 26 seconds for that call. George tried to call the house first, then called Casey's cell for 26 seconds.

This is one reason why I don't believe George when he says Casey and Caylee left at 12:50 pm in the middle of the cooking show he described in such detail--why would he try to call the house if he thought no one was there? (Another reason is that the show he described wasn't on at that time.)

So I think what JB is saying is that Casey fooled around on the computer in the early morning while Caylee was with George and also sleeping in Casey's bed, "dozed off" into a deep deep sleep next to Caylee (who was also already awake and with George) maybe in the late morning, woke up all groggy from her long sleep an hour or so later and was surprised that Caylee wasn't there in the bed, found out Caylee was dead, curled up in the fetal position and went into a trance while simultaneously talking on the phone with three different people while her dad "took care of everything" by making Caylee's accidental death look like a murder and leaving her body right by the house to make it look like a family member did it? :waitasec:

Then when her dad left she went back into the trance-like state for an hour (the kind where she couldn't talk on the phone at the same time), then called Cindy a bunch of times, then said "oh well, guess I'll watch movies with Tony" but due to her trance thingy it took her a couple hours to get all the way to Tony's house.

And then just by coincidence she felt the need to explain to Amy why her car smelled, choosing a dead thing (squirrel) to explain the smell, even though the car didn't smell like death, obviously, because Caylee's body was never in there.

Right?

by george I think youve got it ...lol

I also do not think george was correct when he said when casey left...

i need to re read caseys statemnt to the police and see when she said she left..
I think what came about is that casey lied and said she left at that time.. then george heard her say that or heard about it before he gave his statement..

I think she said she left and dropped off Caylee with ZFG between 9 and 1. :)
