I'm one of those people who goes back and forth with the drowning by negligence scenario and think the duct tape was part of staging to make the death look like a kidnapping and the lazy placement of the body was so she would be found...quickly...with duct tape on her face like a scene from a movie. The fact that FCA was on the phone/computer texting, talking and googling all day long shows without a doubt that she wasn't taking good care of Caylee that day...no question about that. There's no doubt in my mind that FCA was just going through the motions as a mother...she wasn't engaged in the process of mothering. When it worked to her advantage, she gave the appearance of being a good mother. A thousand pictures to show how pretty her "product of rape" was etc. Ugh, I just disgusted myself typing that out. I'm getting off my own topic....

BUT

today...for the first time ever (not sure how this happened) I read about wool fibers on the duct tape and I totally floated over to the other side. There's my smoking gun...Caylee died in the trunk :(

I was the way you were for a long time, wondering if in her negligence Caylee died and she tried to cover it up to make herself look better? Not that it would but a kidnapped child sounds better than neglegted child drowning I'm sure in her eyes.

All it took for me was the 31 days details to put me back at she murdered Caylee.

I don't remember the fibers? The tape alone disgusted me enough :(

I really like this post LG.

Aw thanks Wonders and appreciate that you don't immediately assume I am a CA supporter. She made me :banghead: :banghead: :maddening: :maddening: :pullhair::pullhair: for three years with her stupid transparent manipulative attempts.

I have never been a CA supporter either. By that I mean I have never supported her attempts to thwart the investigation away from the facts and to suppress any knowledge of her daughter's evil being made public. I never supported her lying in the name of saving her daughter from consequences.

I do, however, understand how this all came to pass and why Cindy said and did some of the things she did. Your post spells it out, IMO. It is exactly the way I view Cindy's actions. It is an explanation that in no way condones any of Cindy's actions or lack thereof, but does keep things in perspective to some degree.

Is that Baez I see stretching his overdraft so he can shop shop shop at Amazon??

I can just see their house with books stacked everywhere, kids building forts in the pile of books. .... And a printout of the NY times bestseller list hanging on the wall.

My problem with the duct tape being used as a prop is that we're not talking about one piece of duct tape put on a child's face. There were three long pieces of duct tape applied with such force that it remained in place all that time. It was so tight when applied that it kept her manible in place. There is no way that someone would need to use that much force or even that many pieces of duct tape on an already deceased child. It implies, to me, that the person who applied the duct tape was extremely angry at Caylee. Only one person had a reason to be extremely angry at Caylee.

Agree. Except I think the person who applied the duct tape was extremely angry at Cindy.

I just turned on In Sessions and they are talking about the Zimmerman case-
Jean Casarez stated that Baez had called the Zimmerman family several times, asking to get on the case...! She asked the female Attorney "is that allowed, is that normal, to call a client like that?" the Attorney says absolutely not, there are strict Bar rules as to how you can not solicit clients, you could not stop at the scene of an accident for example and hand someone your card, you cannot approach people and try to get them to hire you! Seems JB doesn't know any of the rules of etiquette...

Then when both panelists agree that if it's true it is shocking and unethical , JC says maybe it's because he is just so passionate about his clients!

:what:

JC needs to get her head out from between her cheeks. Or Jose's cheeks. Brown is soooo 1986.

LOL yeah except George Zimmerman is not one of his clients.

Jean's lost her mind. She was swooning over Darren Mack, wife killer, too. She seems to like smarmy. :waitasec:

What does it mean when you make a post and instead of a "thanks" button there is an edit button? I don't know what it wants me to do and I don't know if anyone can see my post because there was no response and it was interesting news. Help!
