Agree - I would assume drugs..

None of her friends ever said she did that many drugs. I think she was a shopaholic or Targetholic. She had, what, like 700 pairs of shoes when the cops went looking in her closet? You can run up a hefty bill just spending it on blue dresses and ridiculous boots and white sunglasses.

About the "drowning", Cindy was on that since the beginning, telling LE about the pool ladder very early, planting the seed. Then there was the jailhouse visit when she told FCA people were saying the baby drowned in the pool. "Surprise, surprise." Yeah, that video.

The whole "accidental drowning" theory doesn't work for me, nor does any other accident. Why sit happily in jail for three years and face death penalty charges without trying to claim the "truth"? Wouldn't someone facing death come forward long before that saying, "but it was an accident"? We never heard that from FCA. Not at all. There's also any accident scenario where people would come forward in the beginning, claiming it was an accident. An accidental drowning would have shown as much in autopsy. There would have been no inconsistent bruising, etc.

Accidental drowning doesn't make sense at all, even when the family is totally loony and off their rockers, and far more gone than the As ever were, IYKWIM. The As don't fit that description. We know they think clearly enough to know wrong was committed, who did it, and knew blame had to be diverted.

Just for the record, I thought in the beginning and continue to do so today, that Caylee's death was an act of revenge against Cindy. Nothing more, nothing less. Pure evil. That's why FCA was so willing to cozy up in jail/prison permanently where she was protected. If the rumors are true that CA and FCA have kissed and made up, well, it just shows the length CA will go to in appeasing FCA. Mind-boggling!

Casey is a liar and this is Casey's lie.

Casey, in using the accidental drowning story, was killing two birds with one stone and inflicting a lot of hurt to both George and Cindy. But mostly Cindy.

In Casey's dream world, Cindy's negligent and left the ladder up and Caylee got out in the yard and up the ladder and drowned. The ladder has to be up in Casey's lie. And it's Cindy's fault that's Caylee's dead.

Or George was molesting Caylee, like he had done to her, and held her underwater to drown her so she couldn't tell. In this lie did George put the ladder up to get Caylee in the pool?

Going back to Cindy's statement about Casey going to swim with them that evening (and I took it as Cindy didn't want Casey in the pool with them more than it was too cool) and that she handed Caylee off to Casey to take her in the house,when Cindy handed Caylee to Casey did Casey's shirt get wet from the waist up? Like George's wet shirt in Casey's story? Another half truth of Casey's?


In the end Casey is blaming Caylee's death on Cindy. Cindy the one who "made" her keep Caylee. Cindy, the one who was trying to make Casey take care of her daughter and be a mom.

I guess Casey wanted Cindy to know that just as she gave Caylee life, that she could chose death for Caylee.

Cindy made it all about Caylee and Casey hated that. Don't you just love it that it's still all about Caylee?

LOL I thought Left-Coaster was asking what CA thought FCA was doing with the money she earned from working - when she wasn't paying any expenses at home or for herself or for Caylee and never seemed to have any money.

I said it that was the case with my daughter - I'd have thought she had a drug problem. I didn't mean FCA did - but what the heck did CA think FCA did with her money if she had a job and was always broke...

We don't have Amazon or Barnes and Noble physical locations here on the West Coast in Canada where I live - we have Chapters/Indigo stores. There is a huge Chapters less than three blocks away from where I live.

So just out of curiosity, I did a search to see if it was available there or anywhere close. It listed 13 stores within 20kms of where I live - each store listed the quantity available as 0 - that is ZERO.... :rocker:

Cindy knows that Caylee did not drown. That's the biggest reason why the pool is still up in their backyard. Casey can try and lay the blame at Cindy's feet but Cindy and George already knew the truth.

I disagree that Casey killed Caylee to spite her mother or anything like that. Cindy didn't love Caylee enough for it to really affect her that way. George on the other hand, yes. Cindy and Casey are exactly the same. The only difference is that Cindy has never killed someone, that we know of. Does Cindy have it in her? Yes, I believe that she most certainly does. There are some folks that like to say that Casey learned her bad behavior from George. The lies, cheating, etc. But really Casey learned all of that, and more, from Cindy. Cindy showed Casey at a young age how to manipulate people. How to use men to get what you want. How to lie to someone's face and stab them in the back. Cindy is simply an older version of Casey. Cindy just has it perfected now and Casey is still learning the ropes.

IMO it's important to remember WHO sent Dominic Casey into those woods to look for Caylee. WHO was feeding D. Casey those lines about him being her rock in this trying time. WHO made sure that George and Lee both followed their scripts. It wasn't Casey. It was the senior version, Cindy.

I searched the Osceola foreclosures and it's not there. It's possible to sell the house on the market with a short saleif the bank agrees. Off to look elsewhere!

I know many of us have different points of view on this family and I respect that - but just wanted to say..

BBM #1 - Not wanting to really disagree with you at this point TorisMom003, but just don't agree that CA didn't really love Caylee. I think she thought Caylee would be her salvation and her reward.

BBM#2 - according to Dom Casey's emails - it was the psychic and her sidekick who sent Dom into the woods. IMO - CA was trying to be a "bigshot" when she said "I"....This was just before her terrible video when she was so highly medicated and just leaned on George. I think the truth had filtered in for at least an hour or so. Then they distracted her with more sightings here and there when the psychic failed to turn anything up.

Cindy messed up herself and confessed to who sent out D. Casey. She told folks that SHE had her people go out and check those woods. D. Casey lied when he said that a phone call tip from a psychic told him to go there, unless of course Cindy claims to be a psychic now as well.

If Cindy truly loved Caylee would she have waited as long as she did before she finally tracked Casey down to find out what was going on? Cindy knew darn well that Casey had no job, NONE of Caylee's clothes were missing from the house, there was NO nanny, Casey NEVER bought things for Caylee herself......so just how in the world did Cindy think that Casey was taking care of Caylee? The only thing that made Cindy stand up and take notice was when the car was recovered (in Cindy and George's name) that had the smell of decomposition in it. Cindy was not only covering Casey's arse but her own.

Remember, she was "in charge" of the shot girls and told them what to wear. I want to know why it took her 2 plus hours to find an "appropriate" outfit for them. Wouldn't anything slutty do?
