Not sure if this will quote properly - but you all have to hear this radio that Hisimage posted on the foreclosure thread!!

The Best Interview Yet!! Even for those like me who hate to hear his voice!

okay. because you said that (I havent heard this man's voice since shortly after trial he was at some hearing or another and his voice makes me sick so as soon as I heard it I cut it off and havent heard from him since) I decided to have a listen.

interesting thoughts:

1. interviewer says something like at what point do you start to think maybe this assumed guilty person is innocent, does that happen? and Baez cant answer really, he stumbles and sighs and mumbles and says "...it always boils down to what you can prove...."

is it just me or does not...NOT ring of innocence at all? I guess I can kinda commend him for as slimy as he is, even HE cant pretend he thinks she is innocent?

2. when asked if JB is gonna face god someday and be proud he got this woman off, he answers that he will be proud he did his job...

...once again weasel words....but he cant actually say he is proud she is free. again does not smack of innocence.

3. interviewer: she murdered her baby, you know that!!! JB replies: I think you're being ridiculous...again, no actual denial...

4. "do you REALLY think the father molested casey?" JB: I wasnt there.

5. asked how he would feel if OCA had more kids, he replies she can do what she wants....

he's still not convincing me of the veracity of his feelings of her "innocence"

6. interviewer midrant "...at the end of MY life I am gonna be PROUD of what I've done" JB: would you calm down?

7. HA HA ! "would you let her babysit your children?" LONG pause, then he tries to say like 42 different words at once and nothing came out. LOL did he never prepare for THAT question? "that is a RIDICULOUS question"

really JB? it's a reasonable question, if you BELIEVE SHE IS CLEARLY INNOCENT and she is SO NICE then this is a very EASY question...isnt it?



not a complete transcript, just the bits that I though were ...telling. very telling.

he's so DUMB. wouldnt he have been better off to have kept his mouth shut instead of trying to play the "she's nice and innocent" card which he clearly doesnt believe either?

I emailed the interview to Sean Hannity - and told him he'd get a larger audience and a better class of viewer if he canceled Baez and interviewed

Yup, yup and yup! I wouldn't have listened but Hisimage was good enough to say in the post that the guy hung up on Baez. So I thought...okay ....but I'll be ready to hit stop if "he starts".
I had to listen to it three times and the last time was the best because I could really listen even though I was laughing so hard.

I sure helps me when I sometimes think we are alone here fighting an uphill battle and everyone but us is getting suckered by Baez.

Then I hear a radio show like this and think - the real world out there really is beating with one heart with us. Very cool...

Considering the population as a whole, I think a very small percentage has been suckered by Baez et al. Not all the book buyers are fans.

(I'm still chuckling about Dominick telling Baez he "wouldn't give a nickel for it.")

I wish someone would pull him up on his claim that the mental health professionals who examined FCA all indicated she had probably been sexually abused. (His weasel wording shifts but that is his jist.) He needs a swift, accurate breakdown of what each of them actually said about this so he is forced to respond. This is a glib foundational lie that he's coasting on without challenge, and without it his whole weak narrative totally collapses.

About an hour or so ago, I was flipping through radio stations when I heard Sean Hannity saying JB was going to be on his show (don't know if he meant the radio show or TV show). I just opened Facebook and my "friend" JB just posted minutes ago that Hannity has bumped him into next week. He'll let us know the new date.

OMG!! I wish someone would challenge that too!! Didn't one of the psych docs say he didn't want to be the vector of lies...or similar wording?

Two days in a row that radio interviews went downhill. In top of that, he was supposed to be on hannity tonight and it was "rescheduled" for next week, but no day

And no family on George's side of the family. In one early interview George mentioned his sister down state? and a millionaire? I think it was the sister he stayed with when Cindy kicked him out before. I'm sure George was there because of Casey and she wasn't going to give Casey a dime to get her out.

What about the seventy-five hundred dollar retainer Casey had given Jose? with promises of more from what? forty five thousand in Casey said she had?

I just can't see any thing gained in monies that Casey stole. I see no new car and not a lot of personal items really. Not a closet full of clothes or new electronic like new tv/dvd player in her bedroom. Not much of anything but a cell phone. A blackberry that she'd bought across town at a mall. Hell she didn't have money for a tow when she blew two tires frantically getting back to Hopesprings and Cindy.


I wonder, (because of Jose book) if any of Casey's older friends would come talk to us and tell us about Casey? I guess I want a perspective of Casey. How was she after high school? Was she just becoming a party girl when she got pregnant with Caylee? Because to me that's how it looks. And would make her resent Caylee more, and she killed her because she says Cindy made her keep her.

re: bbm - and I also would like someone to honestly describe CA's childhood, what Cindy's home life was like as a child-->young adult, and what she herself was like in school, etc. Just wonder if CA was "normal", well, as normal as anyone can be LOL, until FCA came along and blew her world as she knew it apart, or if CA was already blown apart before FCA came into her life.

I think CA's life history would answer a lot of questions for me.

I've said it before but in light of the Dominick interview of JB, I'll say it again:

It is one thing for an attorney to do his job and defend a guilty client to the best of his ability in court. It is quite another to continue the charade after the verdict.

JB is proud for having done his job....ok, so I'll let him have that pride. But his going on and on with the lies, and completely ignoring that his former client is a baby murderer to the point of saying she is free to have all the kids she wants in the future...wow...just wow. And I think that's what Dominick was getting at...defending a baby murderer even after your "job" of providing adequate defense is finished is about as low as a person can go.

A person posted this in a review of the Baez book. She took a section out to share with everyone that made her sick. I must say...it had the same nauseating effect on me as well:

"We drove around, and I had no idea where we were, but Casey did, Baez wrote. 'You know about three blocks up on the left, do you know who lives there?' she asked. 'Zanny?' I blurted out. We cracked up laughing. 'Don't make me punch you,' she said."

I don't want to be around either of those people in a lightening storm.

If you know how to tweet could you send the video to Sean Hannity - Baez will be on there next week. Sean needs to study it and ask similar questions.
Baez spent over three years trying to pin this crime on innocent people after all, someone out there needs to remind him of that!

His other media interviews IMO have obviously been scripted, JB: "Here are the questions you can ask (as they are the ones I will answer and have an answer prepared for) and I JB will control the tone of this interview". These 2 radio interviews were obviously not, therefore the stumbling and the bumbling. He needs his Blackberry and someone listening on the other end to text him the answers and what he should say, just like at the trial.

When someone writes a fact-based book based on truth, and are writing to get "their story out" they are usually passionate, can take any and all questions about their book and the topic because they really believe in what they wrote, and are able to articulate that in any type of interview. The reason JB is so thrown by these "non-scripted interviews" is therefore obvious.

The Hannity interview will most likely be another scripted version for JB. I think the Zimmerman stuff is trumping JB in leaps and bounds on the Hannity show, I think the Trayvon family atty. is on tonight, and George Zimmerman Part 2 is on Hannity tomorrow. Hopefully something much more interesting will trump JB next week on Hannity, but even if he is on next week it will most likely it will be same-old same-old.

IMO, MOO, etc.
