So when someone interviews JB and he asks "have you read the book?" and someone answers "Why yes I have. As a matter of fact I borrowed it and have right in front of me as we speak" JB will be "I,I,I,I,I,I" ya know how he does and then he will say "you've never spoken to CFCA so you don't know what your talking about." Then hang up like a little boy who has gotten caught playing with fire again.

re: bbm - and I also would like someone to honestly describe CA's childhood, what Cindy's home life was like as a child-->young adult, and what she herself was like in school, etc. Just wonder if CA was "normal", well, as normal as anyone can be LOL, until FCA came along and blew her world as she knew it apart, or if CA was already blown apart before FCA came into her life.

I think CA's life history would answer a lot of questions for me.

IMO, MOO, etc.

Everything in your post, I wonder about too. I wonder what happened to Christine, what happened to her after being attached to FCA. She wasn't a witness at the trial was she?

okay. because you said that (I havent heard this man's voice since shortly after trial he was at some hearing or another and his voice makes me sick so as soon as I heard it I cut it off and havent heard from him since) I decided to have a listen.

interesting thoughts:

1. interviewer says something like at what point do you start to think maybe this assumed guilty person is innocent, does that happen? and Baez cant answer really, he stumbles and sighs and mumbles and says "...it always boils down to what you can prove...."

is it just me or does not...NOT ring of innocence at all? I guess I can kinda commend him for as slimy as he is, even HE cant pretend he thinks she is innocent?

2. when asked if JB is gonna face god someday and be proud he got this woman off, he answers that he will be proud he did his job...

...once again weasel words....but he cant actually say he is proud she is free. again does not smack of innocence.

3. interviewer: she murdered her baby, you know that!!! JB replies: I think you're being ridiculous...again, no actual denial...

4. "do you REALLY think the father molested casey?" JB: I wasnt there.

5. asked how he would feel if OCA had more kids, he replies she can do what she wants....

he's still not convincing me of the veracity of his feelings of her "innocence"

6. interviewer midrant "...at the end of MY life I am gonna be PROUD of what I've done" JB: would you calm down?

7. HA HA ! "would you let her babysit your children?" LONG pause, then he tries to say like 42 different words at once and nothing came out. LOL did he never prepare for THAT question? "that is a RIDICULOUS question"

really JB? it's a reasonable question, if you BELIEVE SHE IS CLEARLY INNOCENT and she is SO NICE then this is a very EASY question...isnt it?

JB certainly has toned things down a lot regarding the molestation accusations. However, when he said "I wasn't there," he quickly qualified it with "the psychological tests show signs" of a person who has been abused/molested.

So even though JB is not throwing out specific accusations so much now, he is still trumpeting that abuse would explain a lot of Casey's behavior so as to strongly imply that it must have happened.

On another note...what's this about JB having a picture that proves a drowning? Would that be that photo of Caylee with her hand on the sliding door handle? Because that proves nothing. So, is there a more telling photo that proves a drowning? If so, can someone tell me where to find that?

It appears that picture was taken from a video. Where is the rest of the video? If Caylee was truly opening that door we would have seen the whole thing, not just one frame of the video.

Plus KC was never properly evaluated because the State asked defense if they were going to do an evaluation the State also wanted to do one at the same time and defense dropped it like a hot potato. I don't believe KC was ever properly evaluated by either side. In fact, she told those two doctors two different stories. I think that just proves she lies and enjoys doing so. It's a game to her and she enjoys hurting people. jmo

Right. NONE of the photos shown in court are evidence of a drowning. And no such photo has come out post-trial either.

I see right through JB, as do most here on WS. He's taking a set of circumstances (gleaned from a few photos) and calling them absolute proof.

That JB can scoff at the prosecution for only having circumstantial evidence and then tout his own circumstantial evidence as solid proof of something is just...:banghead:

WHY has no one challenged JB on this in the media? Until someone does that, he is not going to shut up!

In his book he also claims that cindy went to work on the 17th of june and told her co worker.. (i think her name was debbie.) that she had come home and the pool ladder was attached to the pool....
so i went back and read the co workers interview with the police..
she told the police.. that cindy did tell her that.. but that it was a couple days before she told her about the gas cans.. and that was on either the 23rd or 24th..
so it would not have been on the 17th she told her...

she later told mark Furhman(sp) that she had come home on the 17th of june and the ladder was attached.. (this i think she did date wise to try to say not murder accident.)

Looks like ABC and Barbara Walters have different standards for Zimmerman vs. what they did for FCA's family. Did they grow some morals!? (I doubt it.. she still shamefully promoted JB's book).

JB on the other hand, is just hoping for another gig after sounding like a pig and likely needing to take a big ole swig....of Pepto.
