I wonder if FCA has taken note of JB's terrible public reception. People's dislike of him is tepid compared to how they feel about her; she will get attention if she comes out of her dank cave but it won't be at all the kind she craves. Most people find her disgusting and horrifying.

I have to avert my eyes if I see a dead bird on the road; she ate, drank and made merry while her daughter's corpse rotted in her car. She lied and lied and laughed and laughed. The only thing she suffered from was boredom, all those annoying people wasting her time, going on about finding Caylee, acting as if it was a big deal.

I think we probably will see more of her soon, and what we see is not going to match her fantasy vision of life after probation. She has hardly fooled anyone. Even her strongest supporters don't seem very fooled but apparently have their own shady motives for pretending to go along with her. Oh well. Everything will shake out in the end.

How can somebody just "sort-of-begin-to-remember" this Great Molestation ONLY IN 2009, yet also claim that she thought GA might have been Caylee's father? Caylee was born in 2005!

She magically managed to "forget" such a huge thing as supposedly being raped by her own father less than four years prior to the birth of her first child? You *forget* to buy milk at the store, or a loaf of bread. You FORGET to return a library book! You sure as hell don't forget your father impregnating you in an act of violence!

Oh wait, it must have been due to "the seizures" or the "postpartum schizophrenia", of course! ~smacks forehead~

JB certainly has toned things down a lot regarding the molestation accusations. However, when he said "I wasn't there," he quickly qualified it with "the psychological tests show signs" of a person who has been abused/molested.

So even though JB is not throwing out specific accusations so much now, he is still trumpeting that abuse would explain a lot of Casey's behavior so as to strongly imply that it must have happened.

On another note...what's this about JB having a picture that proves a drowning? Would that be that photo of Caylee with her hand on the sliding door handle? Because that proves nothing. So, is there a more telling photo that proves a drowning? If so, can someone tell me where to find that?

Nope...that's the photo...oh, and the one with Caylee sitting on the top stair of the ladder, IIRC. There may have been one other totally irrelevant photo, IMO.

ok ok I listened to the radio show - JB saying he relies on what the mental health profs told him that she shows signs of someone that was sexually abused - how does he have the gall? We have the released evidence of what the psychiatrist and psychologist said - they said she was "normal", whatever that means.....

Where the hell is Caylee?’” Casey awoke early on the morning of June 16, 2008, to her father’s frantic voice, Baez writes. “Caylee usually slept in my bed, but on this morning I was alone,” Casey told Baez. They searched the house and the garage, and Casey noticed that the pool ladder was still attached. Then she saw her father carrying Caylee. “I could see Caylee was dripping wet. I could tell she was dead,” she continued, according to Baez. “My father started yelling at me, ‘It’s all your fault. Look what you’ve done. You weren’t watching her. You’re going to go to ****ing jail for child neglect…It’s all your fault.” Baez writes that George told her not to tell anyone what had happened, especially her mother, and that he’d take care of everything. When her father went to work that morning, Casey tried to call her mother at work, but she didn’t pick up. Phone records revealed she tried to call her mother six times in four minutes. But when she didn’t answer, Casey just “went to Tony’s house and acted like it never happened,” Baez writes.

And here's the timeline we know about (I added the photo upload from Fusion at 9:27 am):

12:54 am Casey finishes up an 80-minute phone call with Tony
1:05-1:54 am Casey texting back and forth with Tony
3:08-3:22 am Casey on the phone with Tony

7:54 am Someone calls Casey's phone from the house landline-goes to voicemail
7:56-8:06 am Casey happily IM'ing/flirting with Alex
8:45 am Casey texts Tony
9:27 am Casey uploads Fusion photo

11:47 am-12:06 pm Casey on the phone with Tony
12:55 pm Casey exchanges texts with Tony
1:00-1:14 pm Casey on the phone with Tony
1:26 pm Casey exchanges texts with Jesse
1:44-2:20 pm Casey on the phone with Amy
2:52-3:04 pm Casey on the phone with Jesse

(None of these people report that Casey is distraught.)

3:00 pm or a little earlier - George is at work
3:04 pm - George tries to call both Casey and the house landline

4:10-4:14 pm Casey tries to call Cindy at work and on her cell--at the end, she is on the line with someone at Cindy's office (or on Cindy's work voicemail) for about a minute and a half. Then she leaves for Tony's house. On the way, she calls Tony and Jesse, and tries her mom's cell again.

For some reason, it takes her about an hour and a half to drive the short distance to Tony's apartment.

At 6:30, near Tony's apartment, she tries again to call Cindy, on her cell and at home, three times. Then she checks a voicemail that had arrived sometime before 6 pm (maybe from Cindy??)

At 7:06 pm, she leaves a message or talks to someone briefly at the Anthony house (George was still at work), then calls Amy, then has her "Blockbuster movie night date" with Tony.

So when does JB say all this happened, again? And why did Casey try again to call Cindy multiple times around 6:30 if she was pretending nothing ever happened?

And why did it take her an hour and a half to drive to Tony's?

JB, are you reading this? Can you help me out here?

Do you think the first set of calls to Cindy was Casey getting things ready for the ride to Tonys? And the second set was the last straw? The final I gave you a chance call? Then she put her in the trunk taped and wrapped in her blanket? Caylee would of been dead within a few minutes and Casey thought she was free as she drove towards Tony's.

Patty-I've seen some of the seeping too, and have zero problem with that because as you say, an outraglyeous injustice has trumped political leanings and united folks who may not agree on many other matters.

That unity is in large part why I think blatant displays of one's politics here is bad form and to be avoided. Please.

WS is about the victims. What is put in a member's siggie (as long as it does not violate TOS) is simply a description of who they are. I find it comforting, as a conservative Republican to find many friends here that are Liberal Democrats who support justice for this poor baby. That shows me that Truth transcends politics. We are all Americans.
Now, however, if during this election season, that some people use this forum to forward their political views and get off topic, then, I could see your point. But a siggie? Heck, WS, blatenly displays political views that I don't agree with. But what keeps me coming back? Truth and Justice. Which, again, makes us all Americans.

I thought, but may have dementia, that some went as far as to say she did NOT fit the profile of being sexually abused? Am I mistaken or does anyone else recall that?

Danziger, who had originally been appointed by the court to evaluate Anthony’s competency in 2008, met with her again in late 2010 at the request of the defense. During the deposition, he repeatedly expressed concern about discussing details of “crimes that may never have happened,” by going into detail about the alleged sex abuse.

He said his first impression of Anthony was “puzzlement,” noting that she seemed unusually pleasant and normal in an “extraordinarily abnormal situation” when he met with her in jail.

Danziger also revealed what Anthony told him about how Caylee was conceived and that she suggested it may have happened against her will: “Took two beers, possibly given another drug. Woke up passed out unclothed bottom. Don’t remember anything at a party, age 18. This is how she said she became pregnant.”

Danziger was also asked if he recalled telling prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick that Casey Anthony was “just pure evil.” He said he did not remember saying it, but he did not dispute her recollection that he did.

Both doctors emphasized several times that the information they were providing was just what Casey Anthony told them and not necessarily what they believed to be true.

Baez had a good deal of trouble with a radio interview. He said he was proud of his work in the Anthony case. But he complained about ridiculous questions, suffered taunts from the questioner on “The Armstrong & Getty Show” and finally hung up. Trying to explain the interview wouldn’t do it justice.
