Thank you for taking one for the team. You're doing a great job. There are 34 chapters and 423 pgs not including about the author and other pages I am 323 pages so far. I have several marks that I have not counted because I am trying to double check my facts before I make more mistakes as I did with the "chink" comment. I started with the marker because when I was reading I kept thinking that is not what I remember from any and all of the documents that I read...ie: When CA went to TL apt the boys were watching an All Star Game...I thought they were playing video games...I checked the transcripts of TL(tony lazzaro) and it was video games. Calling Deputy Cain Detective Cain...stuff like that and I try before flapping my gums about these errors try and check them out....hope that helps...ps it is a hard read there is no continuity and he contradicts himself page to page and chapter to chapter so you have to go back and forth ...JMHO:seeya:
Somebody better get out the pocket squares - there is going to be some crying and fisties flying.

Well Gz's wife lied directly to the judge about financial matters...and it was a whopper...not defending CA but it was a vastly different matter IMO
Sorry, I was reading backwards and didn't see you gave this info to AZLawyer already.![]()

Agreed.
(btw, Re: Tana French...my local library has all of her novels...I'm headed there tomorrow to check out her first book! Looking forward to a good read.)
You have reported SO WELL, that I find myself gritting my teeth when reading your posts. I could never have read this book firsthand. Thanks so much!he also jumps around in time.. at top of page hes talking about one day..and middle of the page 2 months earlier.. then bottom of page 8 months in future..
its reallllllllllllllllly hard.
So let me get this straight, because DOC says Casey Anthony is still on probation; she is still on probation. This being the same DOC that originally said she was not on probation.
Well this is all I can say, Casey is free to continue reporting to probation and probation is free to keep meeting with her, but if she were to violate after July 17, 2012, the Court would be without jurisdiction to punish her.
Jones v. State, 954 So. 2d 675 - (Fla. 4th DCA 2007) is a very analogous case (second to last paragraph sums it up).
And just to be clear, Judge Perry's order (page 2) reiterates that Casey's probation started when she was released from jail. He only ordered her to start reporting (due to DOC leading her to believe she did not have to report), he never said her probation started August 22 (or whenever).
Finally, the only way I could ever "prove" I am right and DOC is wrong would be if:
- Her attorneys filed a motion arguing my position now (which they probably don't see a need to do); or
- DOC filed a Violation of Probation affidavit and her attorneys defended on the grounds I state exist.
I have a question.. does each ping mean a call? or do they ping when your not calling .. .. im a dumbie when it comes to cell pings lol
Thanks for this logical explanation.
So what are your thoughts on Jose's book? Are you familiar enough with the content to speculate if anything he revealed will have effects on any of the civil suits against Casey?
There are a lot of errors in this book Im sorry if you dont agree with me but it is my opinion. It starts in the very 1st chapter on pg 5 and CA myspace post which in the book looks as it is printed verbatim but it is not, the 1st 2 sentences are missing...
She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love.
But starts with "Now shes gone and I don't know why" these are just a very very brief observations as I go along...
It is things like these omissions, mistakes, and all around lies, that made me want to read it for myself but a 400+ pg book should get all the details right again JMHO
ps the whole GA car thing in the 1st chapter what car did he have??
:silenced::shush::shush::shush: -----------> JB reads here!
...
Like I said...smart man.I haven't read the book, don't plan on reading the book, and, so, have no opinion on the book.
