I thought it was later in the month but I hope we don't see any information - none at all and that he and Mallory can have a peaceful and dignified wedding for the start of their new life together.

Lee has never sought the spotlight or the media and I sure hope they leave him alone now.

logicalgirl. Smack, smack. Are you okay? Talk to me logicalgirl.
No events concerning the A's has been kept from the media so far. I'm pretty sure from CA's history the media will be invited.
Now go lie down for a bit logicalgirl you need as much rest as you can get.

My husband took our four-year old grandson to the grocery store this afternoon. My grandson immediately began turning over all magazines with FCA's face! I got a good chuckle from that, and I did not tell him to do so!

Every time my second grader sees FCA she says.."that's the mom who killed her baby right?"...

Both of these are incredibly sad.

I think the media would be more than likely on the A's "uninvited list". jmo

Well, well! Lookee what Cherishtoo has just posted in This Weeks News!

Methinks the fur may fly on this panel !!!!! I'd pay a $100 to witness this event....:great:
Could this be penance for the DT?

I got an email from change.org. It's about the petition to seek federal charges. In part, it said...

HERES THE LINK TO SIGN THE PETITION THAT GOES DIRECTLY TO WASHINGTON DC...THEY PROMISE TO ADDRESS IT PUBLICLY IF 5K SIGNATURES ARE RECEIVED....

Anyone else get one? Is it legit?

I got one, too. I think it was from when we were asked to sign a petition for Caylee's law. jmo

The federal government is not going to address anything publicly just because a certain number of people sign a petition on one or all of these online petition sites. And even if they did, 5000 signatures is nothing. And the part about the link going directly to D.C. is meaningless.

I'd say the only true part is that there is such a petition. Quite a few of them, in fact, that have been around since the day of the verdict.

A bit off topic...I have a Facebook friend who thought that FCA was innocent and that one shouldn't judge a woman just because she liked to party. This same person today called Bristol Palin a "w****" and a "terrible mother." I had to fire back this response, "regardless of your feelings toward Miss Palin, you have to agree that her son isn't rotting away in a swamp." I really can't stand hypocrites!

I just went and looked-I got one too. It looks legit to me.

It had a link to whitehouse.gov. I know nothing of this group "We the People". Do you mind if I ask, but how do you know the government wouldn't address it? I have my own feelings about it...but I had to go straight to the horse's mouth (so to speak) to get input.

Good for you!!
You also should have told her-"I'm sure BP leaves her son with a nanny that's real!"

If case anyone is interested this episode is re-airing on Sat 9/24 at 8 pm EST.
Pretty good series about lawyers with a bit of comedy thrown in.

Funny you should mention this. I missed the season opener and tried to watch it online. No luck...apparently there are some legal issues with rights to airing it on HULU and even though NBC was said to be making it available on Thursday the 22nd, it still was not viewable this morning. Wonder what the snafu is all about?

Taken from the news thread...

I just love Judge Perry and KC had better be figuring out how she's going to pay all this and the IRS too.

:floorlaugh:

Sorry, I just now realized this is in the wrong thread! :floorlaugh:

LOL - is that you giving me the oxygen? :floorlaugh:

Seriously - CA may invite them - but IMO - Lee Anthony will not want them there - even if they would pay him. I just don't think so - I got the feeling after his complete breakdown after his testimony - after he had left the courtroom and not hearing or seeing anything of him since means he has pretty much had it with his family.
