I think he knew of it only after trial, and even when he learned of it, he misinterpreted it.

For me this news isn't about convincing anyone of CA's Guilt. It's about the truth and whomever it make take down in a bad light so be it. Caylee and her memory deserve any and all truths :rose:

I agree, since that was proven to be "wrong" information by JB in his book, and the fact that Beach knows about it, AZ didn't want to answer last night so as to not incriminate herself, I have a feeling it may have been further pursued by those few on the forum "in the know", even though it was discussed "ad nauseum" on this forum and over on Amazon on JB's book reviews and discussion forum,

and JB can easily blame that on the prosecution since it was in the computer evidence dump, somehow he noticed it or it was pointed out to him as "LOOK, George searched foolproof suffocation" and he believed it to be a "big BOMBSHELL" for his book, "Look, George did it!"

That all blew up in his face, as his book tanked and it was proven to be an absolutely inaccurate statement, that FCA absolutely was the one who made that search, one of the "mistruths" or many inaccuracies in his book,

now he is trying to use it in his favor with his buddy TP "in a backwards kind of way", for a big Sweep Weeks story.

But this "news" has been discussed and known and nobody much took interest in it back then, the "news blurb" from last night is not being discussed much on twitter, a few have said "have you heard about this?", but no one is even interested at the moment. maybe later on, we will see.

I have a feeling "more" will be leaked by TP before his newscast tonight if this doesn't start being discussed in a big way over on twitter, because not much interest at the moment. and he needs people to watch and "discuss". JB "shaken", he is shaken his book bombed and needs redemption, IMO.

but I guess we will see. I'm not speculating any more until the "BIG REVEAL" by TP tonight on his news show, hope it is longer than a 30-second spot and can come on before and seems more important than "Black Friday Shopping" news spots!!!!

I have never believed Casey wrote those entries in the dairy referenced above. It looks like Cindy's writing to me. Casey could never write that neatly, IMO. That is neither here nor there, tho.

I have racked my brain and cannot think of what this new revelation could be. I was already convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt Casey murdered little Caylee. I just hope that whatever it is will convince the few doubters there were that Casey alone is guilty of snuffing out the life of this precious, innocent little child.

I am still furious over Casey getting away with the murder. Little Caylee deserved to have a wonderful life. At least she will live on in our hearts.

Don't a vast majority of people already know and believe what the 'truth' is already? I'm not just talking about people on here, but in general? It's like OJ, everyone knows he killed his wife, if new evidence comes out, it's just a re-affirmation of what everyone already knows.

To those that don't believe she is guilty, no amount of evidence outside of a video showing the deed is going to change anyone's mind. And thus we are in the same spot tomorrow as we were today.

I call BS on that. He knew the Prosecution did not have this evidence.
If Linda Drane Burdick had it she would have turned it over to him in Discovery.

The ONLY person/lawyer who would have produced evidence at the last minute at trial would have been Baez himself...Baez's modus operandi is attempting Trial by Ambush :twocents:

The only thing I can think of would be the defense computer forensics guy found information on the hard drive (like the "foolproof suffocation") that the prosecution didn't find or develop enough to use but JB didn't know whether they found those sectors or not.

If the "foolproof suffocation/AIM" searches were the feared info then that means JB blatantly lied in his book again to try to frame GA as the killer.

I can't remember what it was that everyone knew but was never brought out at trial. I'm thinking they never mentioned the cell phone pings and JG talking to Casey on the phone after George went to work and thinking he heard Caylee.

IIRC the Prosecution/LE computer forensic was given KEY WORDS to search for on the computer.

I still stand behind my previous post that if the Prosecution did have this info Linda Drane Burdick would have handed it over to Baez and/or would have used it in a Plea Bargain.

Well, Baez is still not the sharpest tack in the drawer if he thinks this is going to rehabilitate his image. IMO, if this news is what I think it is (or even if it's not) it will not make him look good. He probably thinks he is going to make the prosecution look bad...ergo, he looks good. Sorry, Baez that is not necessarily a logical conclusion.

I vaguely remember hearing that JB mentioned the foolproof suffocation thing on a show or something and thinking, fool, that just shows to me (even more) that there was no accident; that FCA obviously made those searches, and it points to 1st degree murder. But like you say, MSM never really picked up on it and I didn't follow through here. Interesting.

*IF* JB knew the "foolproof suffocation" search was done by KC (and if he feared it being used at trial, how could he not have!?) then he proceeded to use the information in his 'book' to blatantly point the finger to GA as the real killer, I certainly hope he will be facing another bar investigation for ethics violations.
