:waitasec: I'm confused! Is JB now going to say he lied in his book about GA doing the foolproof suffocation search? That certainly won't help his book sales :floorlaugh: Does anyone remember when we found out about the searches (breaking neck, chloroform etc.)?

I didnt read the book, nor did I follow on the book thread. I was so sick of JB I couldnt stand no more.

Now I wish I could find one in the trash so I can see what other lies or BS he had to say.

Could it be evidence from something that FCA told JB about but he didn't turn it over to the PT?

Is JB's saying it's the LE and PT's fault that it was not uncovered in their investigations even though he had the info all along?

I watched the snippet/promo and that is my opinion as well.
Like he had the info and was waiting for the shoe to drop but the Prosecution never dropped it

Casey Anthony: Prosecutor says 'foolproof suffocation' search prompted WKMG report

Prosecutor Linda Drane Burdick confirmed in an email to the Orlando Sentinel that someone used the Anthony family computer to search for "foolproof suffocation" on June 16, 2008, the day Casey Anthony's father said she left the family's home with Caylee for the last time.

Burdick wrote that the Orange County Sheriff's Office has confirmed "there was a computer search on 'foolproof suffocation' on 6-16-08 that they did not find." Burdick stressed that this information "is not 'new,'" as it was already published in Baez's book months ago.

However, she confirmed that she "did not know about it before or during trial."

Yeah, the trolls at Amazon have been spinning it as "misinterpreted"
"innocent little mistake" for months and months now.
(IMHO, btw Beach was being facetious upthread in that wording!)

No matter what it is called, the fact remains he would not have been afraid of exculpatory info being mentioned at trial, therefore - he knew exactly who did those searches IMHO.

Yep, yep, the "misinterpreted" excuse......some may buy it. Sleuthers won't.

Baez paid a big price by going so far in defending THIS client.

He is still looking for that big payoff. I don't think he will ever have any real credibility......

Okay, so I went into the news section of the Orlando Sentinel, then to the TV Guy Hal's column where he talks about this new "evidence" - and watched the expose "clip" he has bolded as here.

And sure enough there is Baez yakking - BUT we all know his smug smirking look when he is confident or acting confident - and he is NOT wearing that look.

And when you think about it - who else would Tony Piptone be talking to on air about new evidence? The prosecution? Not a chance - they are all still employed at the State Attorney's office and that eliminates them right there from "air time".

I'm feeling a whole lot better about this now.

All of the information showing virtually every minute of ICA's activities on the phone, the computer and her location for most of the day of June 16th were posted on here months and months and months ago. Well before trial. The Defence's claim that Caylee drowned while both GA and ICA were home is virtually impossible.

I was absolutely shocked during the trial that very little of this information was ever brought up and resigned myself to the belief that for some reason, it had been deemed in-admissable!

If that is not the case, I am even more shocked and disappointed by the verdict than I was initially.

I agree JB does not look shaken in that clip. If anything he's full of sour grapes over JA winning SA and wants to say nanny nanny boo boo.
