Baez still claiming that it was the prosecution that withheld the evidence...that and it was George that did the search. The real bombshell will be tonight when they reveal the error of the time stamps (IMO).

Most of us couldn't do it. But then we aren't like Cindy and Casey. Neither of them really truly care about one another, IMO. They are alike. So much alike that it would not suprise me to find out that Cindy herself had contemplated killing someone that was in the way of what she wanted. They have a very dysfunctional relationship that really is more for show than a true, deep meaningful relationship. It is all about appearances for both of them and what they can gain from any relationships they are in. I have heard some say that George and Casey are alot alike but I firmly disagree with this. George simply does not have the backbone or gonads that Cindy and Casey have. George is a follower. Cindy and Casey both lead so as to get what they want. They both use people until that person has outlived their usefulness, then they are done with them. Deep down I would say that Casey and Cindy hate one another but they will team up together against a common enemy. Casey learned alot at Cindy's knee.

MOO

I think Cindy likes the power it gives her. I think Cindy and Casey battled for power regularly and Lee and George were just bobbers in the waves. I think Cindy loved Caylee but she quickly went back to loving herself more. The grieving Grandma, the loving mom, the warrior against the masses. And the power of forever throwing it in Casey's face that she, Cindy, lied for Casey, fought for Casey, Casey is her b%tch. I think Cindy can never give up that power.

Not only the Rangers. My son is a Lt. for Garland P.D. and he is drop dead gorgeous. Oh wait are you talking about the baseball team? If so you are right they are all cuties. Too bad they are all so young too. lol

No am talking about the real deal Texas Rangers. Those white hats, brass stars and khaki pants send me into a tizzy. Oh and those big a$$ guns on their hips are a nice touch too.....lol:blushing:

So George has the ability to be two places at once...home and work. I want that ability. Sure would help with my life. How about yours?

Cindy best watch her step down the road. We know what FCA is capable of. Run George Run :what:

Why would any of the guys that had sex with Casey want to come forward? They are lucky that they got out when they did, IMO. It would take quite some time to test all of the guys that Casey had sex with during the time frame of when Caylee was conceived. Casey liked to bed hop and more than likely had no real relationship with any of them. No idea how many of them were one night stands either. Why would any of the guys want to put themselves into the situation now? It wouldn't do any good and would only ruin their lives. I can understand why no one came forward and do not blame any of them at all. Any of the guys that Casey had sex with at that time more than likely never even knew she had a child until Caylee was announced as missing and then later found dead.

So sad though. She had a father, somewhere.

:waitasec:
How can you withhold something you don't have?

What Baez should have said was that the Prosecution did not present all the evidence they had instead of saying they withheld evidence at trial...
Am I being to nit picky about the use of words?

That's all it was about for Cindy- winnning... remember how she just LOVED the confrontations in her front yard, and when she came into court she seemed to be practically salivating at the thought she would win an argument with Linda Drane Burdick. As soon as Linda approached her, Cindy started with her impertinent way of answering. She felt untouchable as the grieving granny.
This whole case has been about the hatred Casey felt for Cindy. After watching her behavior for three plus years, I can see why...

All I am hoping for now besides Karma for Casey is that someone will take the air out of JB and put the brakes on him spinning his lies about the computer activity that was done by Casey.
If only George would grow some and come forward for his dear little diseased Grandchild, Caylee.

Lots of goodlooking men here wearing cowboy hats and Wranglers. Something about the swagger I think. But, the Texas Rangers are a cherished part of Texas. They are called in when all else fails and they usually get their man. jmo

No not at all. That's what Baez is doing. A play on words. What he could have said was the evidence the Prosecution handed us was further analyzed and we found evidence that incriminated our Client. So we changed the time by an hour to fit our theory. Since the Prosecution didn't have all the search info we didn't have to challenge it. That would be the truth tho :banghead:

I was informed by SoSueMe that she read where this story may run on both the 7pm & 11p news since it has generated so much attention. I am going to open the Interview thread, just in case for discussion. Leaving the Sidebar open for chit-chat.

We shall see how it rolls. Link to the interview is post #3 or #4 on the interview thread.

Whaat breaks my heart is that I suffered infertility and would have given anything for a beautiful child like Caylee!

Me too, MissJ; I didn't finally give up the ghost until I was in my 40s, and here FCA couldn't wait to dispose of the beautiful gift that was Caylee. So many would have been thrilled to give that little girl a loving home. Instead, FCA tossed out Caylee like garbage when she became an inconvenience.

There are no words to express how much I truly loathe FCA and her enabling family and her arrogant defense team and that completely useless jury and, well, even Dr. Phil! Fattening their coffers, inflating their egos, profiting from the premeditated murder of a sweet, trusting child. Disgusting.
:furious:

(But, again, a big shout out to our two very special Websleuthers, who searched for truth and justice for Caylee.)

Didn't she say a public retraction? And now the comment is in the Huffington Post rather than a private FB? :notgood:

Yes, but this time he tried to quantify his obvious dissing of AZLawyer and JWG by including the term "as an expert."

In other words, he is not now stating that neither AZ nor JWG is admitted in a court of law as he stated yesterday--instead he is saying now that they have not been admitted as experts.

Semantics.

And he is still on the line for his statements of yesterday, as I have yet to see any public apology or retraction for what he said then.

Pipitone discussed it on the six o'clock news. I don't think he said anything about 7pm. He did say he'd be back at 11 with more.

Let's not forget Dr G's testimony about the placement and purpose of the duct tape. To my mind she and the Prosecution proved that Caylee was suffocated. If the Jury couldn't see that, I am not sure the computer search would have convinced them...
