Here is a difficult question.
Did Sandra Osbourne know that there "was" a Firefox history that had not been translated or accessed?
Yes, because the files were handed over to the defense prior to trial. OCSO never looked at them. Baez's team did.

But don't you love the way Jose keeps saying you can't put someone in front of a computer, but that's exactly what he's doing with George.

State attorney, legal analysts weigh in on overlooked Casey Anthony evidence
Lawson Lamar to meet with OCSO, Linda Drane Burdick
"The prosecutor requested browser history from the sheriff, but it came two months before the trial and wasn't very specific or forceful. The sheriff's office told Local 6 it tried and failed to extract the browser and provided less than two percent of the day's activities."

Okay - I'm a little calmer - not much - but doubt I'll run around in circles screaming like I was ready to do an hour and a half ago.
I wanted to see Jose put on the spot - about being wrong about the AIM account and the computer time. I wanted Tony to ask Jose if he still stands by his statements about George when in all likelyhood these searches were made by FCA as Baez stated he knew for sure that GA was at work by that time.
I wanted Tony to ask Baez after the fact how he feels about helping hide evidence so an person who is most likely a baby killer has gone free. I would even have liked it if he's asked Baez if he thought George would sue him for defamation of character.
And I sure would have liked it if Tony had stopped taking credit for the computer searches and put much more emphasis on the work AZLawyer and JWG did - a lot more - the lack of it made me the most angry of all.
Oh yeah, and being forced to watch that much of Baez again because I wanted to see this report. Never again!!
Color me confused...Maybe I need more coffee... If they failed to extract the browser and provided less than two percent of the day's activities and 17 Internet Explorer items were given versus 1247 Firefox items that were missed then how were those files turned over to the defense? :waitasec:
I think you can if that person has signed into a password protected account.
I doubt George was given access to Casey's passwords.
I thought the hard drive was copied by LE and then it was given to the defense team.
Actually, if I understand it correctly, several layers of password protected accounts.
The password protected Firefox session
Then password protected photobucket account
And password protected MySpace account.
I'd think that with each layer of password protected account access it would become less and less likely that "someone else" besides the owner of the accounts was at the computer accessing them. The photobucket and MySpace visits were pretty mundane, iirc.
That depends on how one has their preferences set.
If Casey had her Firefox log-in preference set to "remember my passwords for this account", then no, once she got into Firefox, the rest of the applications would be all but a click away. Seeing as how Casey is lazy, I would guess this is how hers were set.
I will have to disagree with you on this one.
Lazy, yes, but....she was living a life of lies, so I think she did not have it set to remember her passwords.
But then, maybe she only had her browser password protected and didn't think anyone in the family could access anything anyway, so you may be right.
So, who knows.
This I do know. It's too late for Caylee.![]()
Happy Thanksgiving all.
Well I can say that I am glad I was in bed and did not see any of this last night. To have to look at JB's face hurts so I choose not to.
We all know what really happened anyway, even if a few little time fames are off and people are lying through their holes.
I hope they all choke on their turkey today.
You are too kind. I think dialing up OCSO and convincing them to send you the files took a bit of work, and then you invested a lot of time crawling through them...so let's just agree it was a team effort. :thumb:
Makes you wonder what else is on the computer in unallocated space. Mozilla entries between late March and early June are missing. Assuming they were not over-written by the Windows file system, they would still be out there in unallocated space. One might be able to find them by doing a search for "google", "facebook", "photobucket", or "myspace".
(Just saying)
Good morning! You are right puppyraiser my brain is just foggy from lack of sleep because this injustice and abomination is extremely disturbing.
Happy Thanksgiving friends!!!
